⏰There is still time to sign up for tomorrow’s Sweden Talks on leadership in disruptive times. Maja Fjaestad, Senior Adviser to the President of Karolinska Institutet, will explore what leadership looks like when circumstances are shifting and certainty is limited.

➡️Maja draws on her experience during the COVID‑19 pandemic as Sweden’s State Secretary for Health, as well as from senior roles in health and academia and work in AI governance at the European Commission.

🌍On 31 March, Sweden Talks welcomes Maja Fjaestad for a webinar on Leadership in Disruptive Times.

➡️Maja is Senior Adviser to the President of Karolinska Institutet and formerly served as Sweden’s State Secretary for Health during the COVID‑19 pandemic. She has also worked with AI governance in the European Commission.

➡️She will also share reflections on leading through uncertainty and making informed decisions as circumstances shift.

💛 - Skills needed to take on this shift
🌟 - Real-world examples of turning influence into meaningful action for gender equality.

🎙️💬 In the first session you will meet Kristin Valasek, Senior Specialist on Women, Peace and Security at the Folke Bernadotte Academy FBA. Valasek works with leaders worldwide to strengthen their role in advancing gender-equal peace, security, and development.
