On 6-8 February, YENB held a seminar in the historic city of Kalmar, Sweden. We gathered 40 young people from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Latvia to connect and learn more about Nordic and European cooperation in times of geopolitical uncertainty 🌍

We are happy to announce that new dates for our Kalmar Seminar have been set and the event will officially be taking place from 6th to 8th of February in Kalmar, Sweden.🏰🇸🇪

This international gathering brings together young participants from Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, and Latvia to explore and strengthen Nordic cooperation, shared history, and sustainability.🤝🏼📖🌍

Over three days, participants will take part in engaging workshops, discussions, and cultural exchange designed to build a stronger and more united Nordic region.🇸🇪🇳🇴🇫🇮🇩🇰🇪🇪🇱🇻

🗓 Date: 6-8 February 2026
📍 Location: Kalmar, Sweden
🌍 Open to participants from: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, and Latvia
🧭 Themes: Cooperation, history, sustainability

💸 Participation fee: €50
✈️ Travel expenses will be reimbursed per participant as follows:

«From History to Horizons: Kalmar Seminar on Nordic Unity and Growth» is a Nordic Culture Point project that will take place in Kalmar, Sweden from 22nd to 24th of August. The event is open for participants from Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia and Latvia. The themes will include cooperation, history and sustainability in the Nordic countries.
