We are delighted to announce the new MUN Heads for the coming year. The new heads are Ioan Mihail Filip, Anna Johansson and Etash Sinha. Many congratulations to the new heads, we will ensure that the transference process goes as smoothly as possible.

Hello, all dear MUNOBers! It is with great sadness and excitement that I must announce that we are now going to be moving into picking the next group of Heads of MUN for our club.

Our time as heads has been incredible with growing the club and always working on creating a fun and academic debate that spreads the awareness and importance of the work done by the UN. I can not thank you all enough for all the amazing time that I have shared with all of the members of our MUN club. But our time has come and just like Master Oogway we must gracefully accept that the end is near and fade away into the night.

Hello everyone! We would all like to thank the ones who partook in our collaboration session with DebateForPeace MUN for participating! You were incredible and it was wonderful seeing you communicating with the international students and getting along!

We would also like to inform you about a dialogue DebateForPeace is hosting Sunday 2nd of June (tomorrow!) from 12:00-16:00 at Mosaiken, Porslinsgatan 3, Stora Salen, vån. 3:

You will get to learn about the challenges of inter-religious dialogue from a Jewish-Muslim team from Israel and discuss why religion can be a difficult topic to open up, some of the stereotypes we may hold, and how to finally break down the barriers that can seem to separate groups while still maintaining our own unique identities. Moreover, you will discuss some of the complexities that can be involved with interreligious dialogue (for example disentangling the Israeli-Palestinian conflict during Jewish-Muslim communication), and how to take on the most taboo topics using a methodology of trying on the other person's position. Finally, you will discuss similarities in how people use religion, and how we can use our own faith and heritage as a force for improving our communities and the world around us!

Hello, fellow MUNers! We are sad to inform you that the following Tuesday's MUN debate session, that of the 21st of May, will be canceled. We hope you guys are not too stressed with upcoming tests and mini-mocks! Those of you wishing to get CAS, we encourage you to spend some time doing some research on the upcoming Israeli-Palestinean session and prepare some speeches and/or amendments - that counts as creativity (;
