HIGHSCORE (Kode/Kungälv)

Highscore was a Swedish female fronted heavy metal band active between 1982 and 1985, originating from Kungälv/Kode near Gothenburg. Highscore appeared on the compilation 'Scandinavian Metal Attack II', contributing the tracks "Knock The Boss" and "Power of Drinks", which introduced the band to a wider audience. Guitarist Sabrina Kihlstrand is also known for later becoming the singer and guitarist of the all-female Gothenburg thrash band Ice Age.

During their active years, Highscore recorded two demos:
Live Forever (1983) - recorded by the early lineup consisting of Christina, Sabrina, Helena, and Ulrika.
Black Nun (1984) - recorded after Betina "Tina" Mathiesen joined the band.
