NATO-MÖTE HELSINGBORG ⚪️🔵

Under fredagen möts utrikesministrar från Natos medlemsländer för ett stort möte i Helsingborg.

Redan igår, torsdag, inleddes dagarna som samlar alliansen Nato för ett möte på svensk mark. Givetvis är Sjöpolisen Väst på plats. Tillsammans med utför vi och står för arbetsuppgifter på sjösidan kopplat till arrangemanget.

En uppgift vi tar på stort allvar och lägger mycket energi vid. På plats har vi arbetat med både större och mindre ytgående enheter.

Today is the first day of the HSBO Forum in Gothenburg. A closed conference for high speed boat professionals ranging from Special Forces to SAR units. Allowing people from more than 20 countries to attend presentations, network and test several high speed boats.

We will have continuous boat trials with our unique M17 Hybrid Scania boat and M12 Open 3x V12 Mercury.

After testing Volvo Penta’s hybrid system in Kvitbjørn for three years, the testing is complete and Volvo has taken its prototypes home for further development based on all the experience they have gathered.
Kvitbjørn is back in Svalbard and will continue to sail on Isfjorden while waiting for new technology.

Nice to see Kvitbjørn in great company as well 😁

Successful exhibition for Marell Boats at Milipol Qatar.

Together with MCT Group, Marell is further developing the presence and relations in the Middle east and Marell Boats Sweden AB is now registered as a supplier to the Ministry of Interior At this show, Marell exhibited the M12 RIB and the M17 SAR, which both of them fits very well into the future plans for the Coast Guard.

On the first day Marell stand was visited by the Swedish Minister for Defense , H.E. Dr Pål Jonsson and the Swedish ambassador in Qatar , H.E Gautam Bhattacharyya, creating a very interesting discussion about future operations and support activities. Marell was showcased at Milipol together with other Swedish high-tech innovative solution providers as SAAB and Axis communications.
