Från vision till verklighet – vårt uppdrag i Västlänkens Station Centralen är i hamn.

Än så länge är här tomt och tyst. Rulltrapporna är förseglade, inga tåg i sikte och perrongerna väntar på sina första resenärer. I december ska platsen fyllas av liv och rörelse, för att så småningom bli en av Göteborgs viktigaste knutpunkter för resande.

Genom hela stationsmiljön finns Keep®safe system inbyggt i glasfasader och dörrpartier. Det är ett arbete som har pågått under flera år. Som underleverantör till NCC och i samarbete med Stålpartier i Norr AB har vi leverarat omkring 1 000 enheter med vår patenterade säkerhetslösning, den enda som uppfyllde de högt ställda kraven.

🇬🇧 From vision to reality – our work at Västlänken’s Station Centralen is now complete.

For now, the station is empty and quiet. The escalators are sealed off, there are no trains in sight, and the platforms await their first passengers. In December, the station will come alive and, in time, become one of Gothenburg’s most important transport hubs.

Keep®safe system is integrated into the glass façades and door assemblies throughout the station. This has been a multi-year undertaking. As a subcontractor to NCC and in collaboration with Stålpartier i Norr AB, we have delivered approximately 1,000 units featuring our patented security solution – the only solution that met the project’s stringent requirements.

Bakom varje lösning med Keep®safe system finns ett hantverk och en leveranskedja som ska fungera hela vägen. Ett exempel är leveransen till det stora projektet i Västlänken, där Stålpartier i Norr AB stått för tillverkningen. Här har Lasercom AB i Haparanda bidragit med plåtdetaljer till ramarna genom laserskärning.

Att ha tillgång till skickliga, regionala leverantörer i varje steg gör stor skillnad, både för kvaliteten i slutprodukten och för hur smidigt produktionen flyter.
För oss på Keep the company finns ett stort värde i att kunna bygga lösningar tillsammans med starka aktörer i närområdet. Det här är ett bra exempel på hur det kan fungera i praktiken – tryggt, smidigt och hållbart.

🇬🇧 Behind every Keep®safe system solution is craftsmanship and a supply chain that needs to work seamlessly from start to finish. One example is the frames for the major Västlänken project, manufactured by Stålpartier i Norr AB. Here, Lasercom AB in Haparanda has contributed fabricated metal components through laser cutting, bending and welding.

Having access to skilled, regional suppliers at every stage makes a real difference – both for the quality of the final product and for how smoothly production flows.

🇸🇪 I november genomförde vi sprängtester med Keep® safe system på Drivecenter Arena i Fällfors. Allt från vanliga träfönster till en specialkonstruerad arméport utsattes för extrema tryckvågor – några så kraftiga att bokhyllorna i byn intill möblerade om sig själva.

Tillsammans med gäster från byggbranschen, myndigheter, försvaret och civilsamhället fick vi se hur vår lösning presterar när det verkligen gäller. Resultaten bekräftar det vi haft på känn: Keep® safe system har potential att användas i sammanhang som ingen tidigare prövat – från förstärkta standardlösningar till konstruktioner som normalt inte kopplas till sprängskydd.

Responsen efteråt pekar åt samma håll. Behovet av innovativa säkerhetslösningar ökar snabbt, och intresset för vår lösning växer i samma takt.

🇬🇧 In November, we carried out blast tests with the Keep® safe system at Drivecenter Arena in Fällfors, Sweden. Everything from standard wooden windows to a specially designed military gate was subjected to extreme shockwaves – some powerful enough to rearrange the bookshelves in the nearby village.

Together with guests from the construction sector, public authorities, the armed forces and civil society, we witnessed how our solution performs when it truly matters. The results confirmed what we had predicted: Keep® safe system has the potential to be used in entirely new contexts – from reinforced standard solutions to constructions not normally associated with blast protection.

The response afterwards points in the same direction. The need for innovative security solutions is growing rapidly, and interest in our solution is rising just as fast.

Une large gamme de solutions – des fenêtres en bois standard jusqu’à un portail militaire spécialement conçu – a été soumise à des ondes de choc extrêmes, dont certaines assez puissantes pour réorganiser les bibliothèques du village voisin.

Aux côtés d’invités issus du secteur de la construction, d’autorités publiques, des forces armées et de la société civile, nous avons pu observer comment notre solution se comporte lorsque l’enjeu est réel. Les résultats confirment ce que nos analyses laissaient prévoir. : le système Keep® safe a le potentiel d’être utilisé dans des contextes totalement nouveaux – des solutions standard renforcées aux constructions qui ne sont normalement pas associées à une protection contre les explosions.

Les réactions après les essais vont dans le même sens. Le besoin de solutions de sécurité innovantes augmente rapidement, et l’intérêt pour notre solution grandit au même rythme.
