An educational read about feelings for children.
One way of tending to our children's needs is by understanding what they are going through so we can reach out and help them. It is very important that children can understand their feelings and express them. It is their way of dealing with input from the world around them.
If going through this book with a younger child, I would suggest going through one feeling a day. You can sum up all feelings at the end in one day when done with them separately.

التعبير عن العواطف.
مهارة مهمة نعلمها لي اطفالنا. الطفل البيعبر كويس عن هو حاسي بشنو بيساعدنا نقدر نساعده. والطفل البيقدر يعبر ويقبل انه مشاعره الحاسي بيها طبيعية ومقبولة بتكون ثقته في نفسة اقوى. ليه؟ لانه ما حيتعود يحس انه بتحصل معاه حاجة ما كويسة مختلفة عن باقي الناس الكويسين...
علموا اطفالكم يعبروا عن عواطفهم ومشاعرهم. علموهم انه اي احساس يحسوه طبيعي بنقبله ونتعامل معاه. خليكم قريبين منهم 💕
ختاما لو ما عرفتوا تتعاملوا مع مشاعر اطفالكم اتواصلوا مع اخصائي نفسي.
