ورقة بحثية عن مرض السرطان، التشخيص والعلاج.

امتداء لمبدئي البحثي "نظرية الفرض والنتيجة المتوقعة" سوف اطرح رؤية جديدة للاورام السرطانية ومحاولة تفسير اسبابها ثم عرض خطة علاج جديدة اراها اكثر جدوى لانها تتماشى مع المنطق الحيوي لعمل الخلايا.
تعريف الورم السرطاني
الورم السرطاني هو اختلال بين معدل انتاج الخلايا ومعدل الايض ينتج عنه تراكم تدريجي لخلايا ميتة، تستمر بالضغط علي الخلايا المجاورة فتُضعِف قدرتها الحيوية الذي يؤدي بدوره لورم سرطاني جديد وتستمر هذه العملية الى ان يتحول العضو بالكامل لتكتل سرطاني كبير وفقد كامل العضو لمهامه الوظيفية.
ملحوظة
- خلايا الجسم دائما في حالة تجديد مستمر، الجسم ينتج خلايا جديدة، والخلايا القديمة تتم لها عملية ايض اي صرف الخلايا القديمة او الميتة.
- جسم الكائن الحي يمكن تمثيله بالدولة المتكاملة المرافق، الجهاز عبارة عن مدينة داخل الدولة، العضو عبارة عن قرية داخل المدينة، خلايا العضو عبارة عن بيوت داخل القرية، الخلية عبارة عن بيت داخل القرية به جدران "جدران الخلية تختلف على حسب مكان تواجدها" خلايا مطلة على الشارع الرئيسي" مثل خلايا الجلد والرئة" وخلايا داخلية "مثل كل الخلايا الداخلية لاعضاء الجسم" وحارس بجوار مدخل الخلية "فرد من افراد الجهاذ المناعي" و غرف منفصلة مفتوحة على بعضها لكل منها وظيفة محددة " تكييف - التواصل مع العالم الخارجي - الامداد والتموين - الصرف الصحي – الخ )
العلاج الحالي لمرض السرطان هو
- الاستأصال، وهو استأصال الجزء المصاب، ولكنه لا يعالج سبب وجود السرطان وبالتالي فهو لايضمن عدم رجوع السرطان مرة اخري في نفس المنطقة او في اماكن اخري من الجسم.
- العلاج الاشعاعي و العلاج الكيماوي، الذي يوقف نشاط الخلايا، ولكن كلا النوعين يعملان على تثبيط انتاج خلايا جديدة وايضا يوثر بالسلب على كل انشطة الخلايا بما فيها عملية صرف الخلايا الميتة المتمثلة في عملية الايض.
ملحوظة
شعر مريض السرطان الي يعالج بالكيماوي يسقط وذلك لان هذا النوع من العلاج يركز علي تثبيط نمو الخلايا وحيث ان الشعر من اكثر الخلايا نموا وايضا مرئيا فهو اول من يظهر عليه اثار العلاج الكيميائي "يقف نمو الشعر وبالتالي يسقط"
لماذا وجد اختلال بين معدل انتاج الخلايا ومعدل الايض
هنا يمكننا ان نتخيل نسيج من الخيوط يمر من بكرة ا الى بكرة ب عبر ثقب ابرة بين البكرتين "مقاس الخيط متوافق تماما مع مساحة ثقب الابرة وايضا قوة الشد متوافقة مع سرعة البكرتين"
البكرة ا تمثل انتاج الخلايا والبكرة ب تمثل الايض والابرة تمثل المنفذ بين غرفتين داخل نفس الخلية " غرفة الانتاج وغرفة الصرف الصحي" كما ذكرت في بداية البحث.
احتمالات اختلاف سرعة البكرتين:
- اذا زادة سرعة البكرة ب عن سرعة البكرة ا هنا سيزداد معدل الايض وبالتالي يحدث ضعف عام بالجسم تماما كما يحدث عند نقص هرمون الغدة الدرقية "غدة النمو"
- اذا قلة سرعة البكرة ب عن سرعة البكرة ا هنا سيحدث تراكم تدريجي للخلايا القديمة / الميتة بين غرفتي نفس الخلية "ثقب الابرة = المنفذ بين غرفتي الانتاج والصرف الصحي"، يستمر هذا التراكم "التورم" حتي يصبح ورم سرطاني ضاغطا على كل الخلايا المجاورة والذي يسبب لها اختلال في نشاطها "قد يكون ورم سرطاني جديد في خلية مجاورة" يستمر هذا العطب شئ فشئ الى ان يصبح العضو بالكامل غير قادر على القيام بمهامه الوظيفية.
سبب الاختلال بين معدل انتاج الخلايا ومعدل الايض
- سبب داخلي، اي ان الاختلاف بين معدل الانتاج ومعدل الايض نشأ بسبب داخلي علي مستوي الخلية "عطب داخلي" ومنه امتد لكل خلايا العضو، هذا النوع من السرطان اذا عولج "العلاجات الحالية استأصال / اشعاعي / كيماوي" فأنه لا يظهر ثانية، واذا ظهر ثانية فانة يصيب نفس العضو الذى اصيب سابقا، بمعني انه لا ينتشر الى باقي الاعضاء.
- سبب خارجي، اي ان الاختلاف بين معدل الانتاج ومعدل الايض نشأ بسبب خارجي "التعرض للاشعاع /تناول اطعمة مسرطنة" وبالتالي فكل خلايا الجسم معرضة لظهور اورام سرطانية بها ولكنه فقط ظهر في اضعف الخلايا بالجسم ومنه امتد الى باقي خلايا العضو، هذ النوع من السرطان اذا عولج "العلاجات الحالية استأصال / اشعاعي / كيماوي" فانه لا ضمان بأن يعود مرة اخري لنفس العضو او اي عضو أخر "الاضعف ف الاضعف"
من التعريف السابق لمرض السرطان "اختلال بين معدل انتاج الخلايا و القدرة على الايض" وفي حالة كون السبب خارجي نجد ان الورم السرطاني عبارة عن اختلال عام في كل خلايا الجسم ولكنه حدث او وجد في اضعف نقطة وبالتالي عند استأصله او علاجه بالكيماوي او اشعاعيا واختفائه لفترة ثم ظهوره في نفس المنطقه او منطقة اخري فهو فعليا لم يتنشر في الجسم كما هو شائع ولكنه كما ذكرت هو اختلال عام في كل خلايا الجسم ولكنه ظهر في اضعف نقطة التي من الممكن ان تكون نفس المنطقة التي اصيبت سابقا او ثاني اضعف منطقة ثم ثالث ثم رابع ثم ….. الخ اضعف منطقة
اذا فهو ليس انتشار ولكنه اصابة لاضعف المناطق بالجسم
العلاج كما يتراءا لي بناء علي ما ذكرته في شرحي السابق
تثبيط نمو الخلايا الجديدة فقط وذيادة عملية الايض وذلك عن طريق تحسين الدورة الدموية واعطاه ادوية تقلل من هرمون الغدة الدرقية وادوية تزيد من عملية الايض الى ان تصبح كل تحاليل المريض سليمة وتختفي كل اثار السرطان و يجب ان تكون هناك متابعة مستمرة للغدة الدرقيه والتاكد من ان نسبة الهرمون عند الحد الادني للمجال المسموح به، كما ينصح بمتابعة ضغط الدم للمريض والحفاظ عليه عند الوضع الطبيعي.
الوقاية عن طريق ممسارسة الرياضة – الادويه – الاطعمة التي تحسن من الدورة الدموية، كلها ضرورية

Definition of a cancerous tumor
A cancerous tumor is an imbalance between the rate of cell production and the rate of metabolism that results in a gradual accumulation of dead cells, which continue to put pressure on neighboring cells, weakening their vital capacity, which leads to a new cancerous tumor, and this process continues until the entire organ turns into a large cancerous mass and the entire organ loses its functional tasks.

- The cells of the body are always in a state of constant renewal, the body produces new cells, and old cells undergo a metabolism process, that is, the exchange of old or dead cells.
- The body of a living organism can be represented by the integrated state accompanying, the human organ is a city within the state, the member is a village within the city, the organ cells are houses inside the village, the cell is a house inside the village with walls. Cell walls differ according to their location. The current treatment for cancer is
- Excision, which is the removal of the affected part, but it does not treat the cause of the presence of the cancer and therefore it does not guarantee that the cancer will not return again in the same area or in other places of the body.
- Radiation therapy and chemotherapy, which stop the activity of cells, but both types work to inhibit the production of new cells and also negatively affect all cell activities, including the process of exchange of dead cells represented in the process of metabolism.
Note
The hair of a cancer patient that is chemotherapy treated falls out because this type of treatment focuses on inhibiting cell growth, and since hair is one of the most growing cells and is also visible, it is the first to show the effects of chemotherapy. "Hair growth stops and thus falls."
Why was there an imbalance between the rate of cell production and the rate of metabolism?
Here we can imagine a fabric of yarn passing from a spool A to a spool B through a needle hole between the two spools.
The spool A represents the production of cells, the spool B represents the metabolism, and the needle represents the port between two rooms within the same cell, "the production room and the sanitation room" as I mentioned at the beginning of the research.

This damage continues with time until the entire organ becomes unable to carry out its functional tasks.
The cause of the imbalance between the rate of cell production and the rate of metabolism
- An internal cause, meaning that the difference between the rate of production and the rate of metabolism arose because of an internal cell-level "internal damage" and from it spread to all the cells of the organ. This type of cancer, if treated by the current treatments "radiation / chemical / excision," then it does not appear again, and if it appears Again, it infects the same member that was previously injured, meaning that it does not spread to the rest of the organs.
- An external cause, meaning that the difference between the rate of production and the rate of metabolism arose from an external cause (exposure to radiation / eating carcinogenic foods) and thus all cells of the body are vulnerable to the emergence of cancerous tumors in them, but it only appeared in the weakest cells in the body and from it spread to the rest of the cells of the organ, this type of cancer If the "current treatments are treated / radiological / chemical excision", then there is no guarantee that it will return again to the same member or any other "weaker than weaker" member.
From the previous definition of cancer, "an imbalance between the rate of cell production and the ability to metabolize" and in the event that the cause is external, we find that a cancerous tumor is a general imbalance in all cells of the body, but it occurred or was found in the weakest point and therefore when it was removed or treated chemically or radiographically and disappeared for a period Then it appeared in the same area or another area, as it actually did not spread in the body as it is common, but as I mentioned it is a general imbalance in all the cells of the body, but it appeared in the weakest point, which could be the same area that was previously affected or the second weakest area, then the third and then the fourth Then ... etc the weakest area

Inhibition growth of new cells only and increasing the metabolism process by improving blood circulation and giving him medicines that reduce thyroid hormone and medicines that increase the metabolism process until all the patient’s analyzes become intact and all traces of cancer disappear and there must be continuous follow-up of the thyroid gland and make sure that the percentage The hormone is at the minimum permissible range, and it is also recommended to monitor the patient’s blood pressure and maintain it at normal.
