It should prompt the believer to contemplate the Lordship and power of Allah and remind him of His established ways in the universe and His creation.

‏فضيلة الشيخ الدكتور ⁧‫ ‬⁩ في خطبة ⁧‫ #الجمعة‬⁩ بـ ⁧‫ ‬⁩ :

‏إِنَّ فِيمَا نَعِيشُهُ هَذِهِ الأَيَّام مِنِ اشْتِدَادِ حَرِّ المَصِيفِ، وَالْتِهَابِ القَيْظِ، وَتَوَقُّدِ الهَوَاجِرِ، لَمَوْضِعَ اعْتِبَارٍ وَمَحَلِّ ادِّكَارٍ؛ تَسْتَحِثُّ المُؤْمِنَ إِلَى التَّفَكُّرِ فِي رُبُوبِيَّةِ اللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ، وَتُذَكِّرُ بِسُنَنِهِ فِي كَوْنِهِ وَخَلِيقَتِهِ.

‎For more than fourteen centuries, the lands and regions of the earth have been perfumed by the sending of the best of the Prophets, our prophet Muḥammad ﷺ. His well-authenticated and radiant biography is filled with awe, beauty, reverence and majesty, as well as wisdom manifested in his words and deeds.

‏مُنذُ ما يَربو عن أربعةَ عشرَ قرنًا، تعطَّرتِ الأقطارُ والأرجاءُ ببعثةِ سيِّدِ الأنبياءِ، وحَفِلَتْ سيرتُهُ المؤنَّقةُ البلجاءُ بالمهابةِ والجمالِ، والخشيةِ والجلالِ، والحكمةِ المُجلِّيةِ في الأقوالِ والفِعالِ.
