I used to worry about so many things and 99% of them were things I had no control over so all my worrying was for not because I had no control of the situation.
Now after a lot of therapy I have quit worrying about everything and started living every single day to the fullest 💯

When you believe in yourself, you no longer need the world to do it for you. ✨

When you truly know:

I am enough.
I am worthy.
I trust myself.
I believe in who I am.
I do not need permission to be me - you stop chasing approval, shrinking to be accepted and allowing other people to decide your worth.
