Connecting to brand Rwanda is a project GO Ltd., a start up company in IT and online Communication in social networking supported by social software. Connect ot Brand aims at promoting natural beauty, tourism and economic aspects of each and every district of Rwanda, through social media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and g+), where every district has been represented with specific daily and updated
news reflecting cultural, social and life of the people and business of that district. There are 28 District pages and three Kigali City's Districts associated in one page.

Regulations:
1. Ltd is the holder of all accounts and will work as watchdog to ensure the objectivity and refers to the ethical line of online Journalism.
2. The story must be inspiring and talking about success stories of the district. Not story will be posted in other district’s space without the knowledge of the hosting company, Go Ltd.
4. The length of the story must conform to the directive set by Go. Ltd. (Script with 300 words, Image with 600/600, Audio and Video not above 5 mins). Depending on the content of the message, GO Ltd can give the permission to attach the file.
5. The story must positive about the district, without discrimination of public or private institution operating in the district.
6. Negative story, slanders, ethnic or racial, rumors and discriminatory language or comments are strictly prohibited.
7. Any personal story or self interest is not allowed unless the seeker collaborates with Go Ltd.
8. Voluntary participation to the feeding any of the pages will be highly appreciated by the Go Ltd staff, the top updaters from the public will be rewarded after every three month.
9. Everyone can use any story from any media that is related to the line set by Go Ltd and respect the district’s sovereignty.
10. Everyone is highly recommended to participate in the promotion of these pages as it reflects the Government of Rwanda Vision 2020 to the Sustainable development.
