ADM Industry Training Center (ADM IBTC) is an industria- based training center initiated by Abraham Desendants Ministries, a christian-based development NGO in Rwanda. ADM IBCT offers market-driven hands-on skills training in a dual education system for technicians of the Food industry and additionally provides assistance services in business plan elaboration. The dual education system consists of

a part-time practical apprenticeship in a factory and a theoretical vocational education training in food production and processing. Starting with Food processing hands-on training in the Meat sector. Theses trainings are market-and productivity/service driven as well as to the empowering of agriculture and livestock production-oriented.

We Abraham Descendants Ministries, are again grateful to God and proud of our Rwandan government. Through our partnership with the government arm the Workforce Development Authority (WDA) we shall be commencing our hands-on training for almost 100 beneficiaries from Imbuto Foundation : another great adventure of creating another skilled & employable workforce. We need to ensure that the meat sector is handled with utmost care and professionalism by training our youth and women.
