During this Mental Health Awareness Month, we are reminded that creating safe and supportive environments is everyone’s responsibility

Mental health matters every day not just in what we say, but in how we show up for one another. A kind word, a listening ear, or simply being present can make a real difference in someone's life

Take a moment today, check in on a friend, start a conversation, or offer support.

Together, we can build a community where everyone feels safe

We successfully concluded a two-day Burnout & Self-Care session for 50 young care leavers as part of the project. The session focused on building practical skills to help participants manage stress, practice self-care, and reflect on their mental wellbeing.

Through open discussions, interactive activities, and guided reflections, participants explored healthy ways to cope with challenges and strengthen their emotional resilience. Supporting young people’s mental health is essential for their personal growth and overall wellbeing.

This initiative complements our broader training efforts aimed at promoting holistic care and wellbeing among young people.

We extend our sincere appreciation to and for their continued support in making this impactful initiative possible.

As part of family reintegration, we visited parents and caregivers who received startup support to run small businesses and better provide for their children.

This support is helping children return to school and grow up in safe, loving families.

We witnessed real transformation, commitment, and hope in the homes we visited and documented these inspiring success stories to encourage others.

When we strengthen families, we protect children. 💛
