The Rwanda National Police Spokesperson, ACP Boniface Rutikanga, returned 500,000 Rwandan Francs to HATANGIMANA Jean de Dieu after he had lost the money on 23 April 2026 along the Remera–Giporoso road in Gasabo District.

Today, a group of 50 students and 8 teachers from Light Angels Academy, located in Jabana Sector, Gasabo District, visited the Rwanda Police General Headquarters in Kacyiru for a study tour.

During the visit, they were briefed on the activities carried out by the various departments of the Rwanda Police in fulfilling its mission to protect people and their property.
