Today, Rwanda celebrated the 21st Gorilla Naming Ceremony in Kinigi, where 22 baby mountain gorillas were named under the theme, “Conservation is Life: Sustaining the Future.”

The ceremony brought together communities, conservationists, partners and guests to celebrate Rwanda’s continued commitment to protecting mountain gorillas and their habitat.
