Abubaker’s studies were interrupted when war forced him to flee Sudan in search of safety.

Now in Rwanda, he has found his way back to the university and is working toward his future once again.

But many other young people displaced by the crisis are still waiting for that same chance.

Education can help restore hope, dignity, and opportunity. More support is needed so no young person is left behind.

Despite displacement challenges, she’s determined to use ICT knowledge to meaningfully contribute to her community and create opportunities for refugees.

Her message to refugee girls: your dreams are possible, believe in your abilities, stay curious, and never be afraid to learn and explore technology.
