Today, we hosted a high-level breakfast meeting bringing together government, private sector, Development Partners and civil society leaders to strengthen collaboration in skills development and advance the Dual TVET system in Rwanda.

The meeting, organized in collaboration with Never Again Rwanda under the theme “Advancing Dual TVET in Rwanda through Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration,” aimed to foster dialogue among stakeholders and explore practical ways to strengthen partnerships that support workplace learning and the development of a skilled workforce aligned with labor market needs.

Today, the Ubukerarugendo Imbere Project held its 6th Steering Committee Meeting, where key stakeholders reviewed the project’s implementation progress now at 96% completion and discussed the way forward as the project approaches its closure, including future interventions by the to further strengthen Rwanda’s TVET system.

Participants also engaged with students from St Patrick’s Technical Secondary School, one of the TVET schools supported under the project, gaining insights into their learning experiences and the impact of the initiative at the school level.
