Isaano and a german production company, IIPM, are inviting you to a theater play called “ Hate Radio”.
Hate Radio revisit the role played by the famous radio called RTLM, which for some, it was a fun radio, playing hit music, covering sport and other fun activities.
But this Radio played a tremendous role in promoting hate speeches and incite people to kill Tutsis. Hate radio, created after the story of this famous radio, is a play that tells the story of this radio, but also aims at educating people on it’s role and danger of promoting hate speeches, as they lead to atrocities Rwanda has known, the Genocide.
The play will be played in Huye and Kigali,
And free to the public.
Huye : 4pm at the UR campus
Kigali: 7pm at KCC
