Dear International Students,
Please be advised that starting from May 25, 2018, you must follow new migration rules (due to the 2018 FIFA World Cup, set to take place in 11 cities of Russia). From May 25 to July 25 2018 all foreign citizens (including CIS, Belorussia) must be registered within 72 hours* upon their arrival to the Russian Federation.
If you are travelling to/coming back to Moscow please contact the HSE Visa and Migration Support Centre for Foreign CitizensRoom 538, 20 MyasnitskayaUlitsa, https://visa.hse.ru/en/) on the date of your arrival and provide your documents’ copies for registration.
If you are travelling to one of the following Russian cities: Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi or Ekaterinburg immediately request the host party (hotel, hostel, friends or relatives) for your registration application.
Our office hours from May 25 to July 25, 2018 are as follows:
Mon - Fri, 9:30am - 7:00pm;
Weekends and public holidays, 11:00am - 4:00pm.
List of documents:
1. Copies of ALL PASSPORT (ID CARD) PAGES (including all blank ones, with two pages on one A4 sheet printed on both sides);
2. A copy of migration card;
3. A copy of Russian visa (if you need a visa to enter Russia);
4. A copy of (permanent) residence permit with its expiry dates (if you are a permanent resident of the Russian Federation).
ATTENTION citizens of CIS countries: if you have an ID card/document, which can be used to enter the Russian Federation, please present it instead of your passport when travelling to Russia. In that case, you will need to provide only a copy of your ID card (both sides) to get registered at HSE (you won’t have to submit copies of all passport pages).

On Monday, March 5, at 20:00 a meeting will be held on the prevention of fires in our Dormitory.
The meeting will be attended by representatives from the administration: the head of the Dormitory Vasina Tatiana Sergeevna and the assistant to the rector Gleb Garashchuk.

A radio alarm will be announced, all resident students will be asked to enter the inner courtyard of the Dormitory, via the emergency entrance.

1. Discussion of improving communication Wi Fi in the Dormitory;
2. Discussion the safety of passing through the crosswalk near the Dormitory;

Dear Students!
Please be informed that on Saturday June 10, 2017, a representative of our service provider “Universal Cleaning Services” will begin cleaning the windows in student blocks.
We kindly ask you to provide access to your rooms. Please remove all items from window sills. The works will begin at 9.00 am, and it takes up to 50 minutes to clean windows in one block.
Please let us know what time would be suitable for you. You can write the time on sheets of paper which will be posted in the halls by the elevators. We recommend you to coordinate the time with your neighbours in other rooms, because it is important to distribute the timing evenly among all blocks. The window cleaner is expected to finish the work on the floor during one day, as per the attached schedule.
If you are going to be absent from your room during the specified time slot, please provide dormitory administrators with your consent to provide access to your rooms or blocks. The University will cover all expenses relating to windows cleaning at your dormitory.
Please refrain from cleaning the windows on your own, as it may be dangerous.
The schedule for windows cleaning:
June 10 – Floor 4; June 11 – Floor 9; June 12 – Floor 6; June 13 – Floor 5;
June 14 – Floor 3; June 15 – Floor 10; June 16 – Floor 8; June 17 – Floor 7,
June 18-19 – Floors 12 and 11.

Dear Students!
HSE Accounting Office is kindly asking all students to pay their dormitory tenancy fees via HSE website: https://www.hse.ru/ if possible.
Please proceed as follows: Information for students and faculty (University life) → HSE Dormitories → Online Payment for HSE Dormitory, Moscow → Payment → insert your full name → insert the number of your Dormitory Tenancy Agreement.
No payment slip will be required if you pay via website, but please make sure to notify us that you have paid your fees at: [email protected]
Please note that from 01.07.2017 onwards, your monthly dormitory tenancy fee will be 1265 roubles.

"Casting" is continuing! The last for apply to attendance 08.03.17 Wednesday.
Dance- is a great way to express your feelings and get a real pleasure!
Actually, the “Uzbek” dance have a lot varieties. Generally, there are about 12 types of “Uzbek” dance. The most popular are: Bukharian, Khorezimian, Ferganian–"Mustahzod".
These three types of “Uzbek” dance, are most popular in the whole world. Now it's your turn to be famous at the scene of HSE! As we will celebrate a great East holiday “Navruz”, we are looking for talented and plastic guys:
• For the "Bukharian" Dance needs 2 girls.
• For the "Khorezmian" Dance 2 guys.
• Ferganian–"Mustahzod" 2-4 girls.
We'll teach you to dance -"Bukharian", “Khorezmian”, “Ferganian” dance!
(Of course, by the help of your efforts)
P.S. Costumes for dance are issued, so you just need to come regularly to repetitions and dance perfectly at the event)
