Admission for Russia OR Ukraine University
Russia OR Ukraine Universities has a special unit, The Institute of International Education (IIE), which provides training for international students and promotes a wide spectrum of educational programs. We can offer you the following
courses and levels of education:
- Pre-university training
- Bachelor's program

A foreign citizen who wishes to apply for studies at Russian State University have to submit:
1. Application form.
(format "Microsoft Word"

and scanned copies of the following documents:
2. Higher secondary school completion certificate.
3. Medical certificate stating general health condition, X-ray (roentgenogram) with easy to read name on it and X-Ray Description with stamp / address / phone of hospital where it was issued and HIV test results. Medical certificate you can send me later, after your documents will be accepted.
4. Page of Passport with your name and photo.
5. Scanned copy of bank transfer:
300 USD Processing fees (to start the process of your admission for study in Russia or Ukrina). Contact me for bank details.
After receiving all required documents
International Relations Department,
under the application from the Russian OR Ukrina University, will make for you an official invitation and I will send it to the address that was indicated in your application form. Admittance to the University is on the basis of a contract. If you need the contract form in order to get a visa at the Russian Federation Embassy OR Ukrina embassy, please let us know. If you do not, the contract form can be printed upon arrival. The contract includes only the tuition fee (the fee depending on the program that you have chosen). The contract does not include any accommodation fee, medical insurance, or registration fee. The student must pay all fees related to the contract, accommodation, registration and medical insurance no later than 3 days after arrival.

Those who is going to study in Russia will have to send me by email scanned documents. Russian OR Ukrina University will make the invitation and I will send it to the address that was indicated in your application form.
International students seeking language practice or a degree from Russian and Ukrina University can apply here.
Russian OR ukrina University accepts applications from international students for degree and non-degree courses in all departments. International students may also apply for accommodation in university dormitories.

Upon receiving an invitation letter, the student will contact the Russian or Ukraine Embassy in his / her country in order to
apply for the student visa.
The following documents should be submitted to the Ukrainian or Russian embassy as part of the visa application process:
• A filled visa application form
• International passport valid for one year or more
• Original invitation letter from the college
• Birth certificate
• Original School Certificates
• Medical Certificate
• HIV-AIDS negative certificate
• A bank statement from the sponsor to prove their financial ability to bear the student’s expenses in Russia.
If the sponsor is not the student or their parent, a sponsorship letter is going to be required.
• 12 passport size pictures (3 * 4 cm)
• An open return air ticket valid for one year
After getting the visa e-mail us the scanned copy of the documents in the list above.
NB: Ensure you have all the required documents before leaving your country. Entry into Russia or Ukraine will be denied if
you’re missing an important document.
