ood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI) within Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007-2013. For financing this project was signed the Grant contract no. 41901/05.06.2013 signed between: Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, acting as the Joint Managing Authority for Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme, of the one part and Administrative Territorial Unit Tulcea County, as Beneficiary, of the other part.
