CSL Constanta La toate activitatile Cluburilor Studentesti Liberale pot participa si studenti care nu sunt membri PNL.

Pot fi membri ai Cluburilor Studentesti Liberale membrii PNL cu varsta maxima stabilita prin Statutul PNL ( 30 ani) inscrisi la orice forma de invatamant superior care doresc sa activeze in cadrul acestora. Se poate pastra calitatea de membru al Cluburilor Studentesti Liberale maxim 12 luni d**a absolvire sau d**a depasirea varstei de 30 de ani, pentru membrii oricarei structuri de conducere pana la expirarea mandatului.
