تم إنشاء هيئة الأشغال العامة "أشغال" في عام 2004 لتشرف على عملية التخطيط، والتصميم، والبناء، وإدارة الأصول لجميع مشاريع البنية التحتية والمباني والمرافق العامة في قطر. وتشمل مهام "أشغال" الأساسية الإشراف على تصميم وإنشاء وإدارة مشاريع كبرى للطرق والصرف الصحي والمباني العامة من مدارس ومستشفيات ومبان حكومية وغيرها.

وتشكل الهيئة داعماً أساسياً لعملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لتحقيق رؤية قطر 20

30، حيث يبلغ حجم المشاريع التي تقوم الهيئة بتنفيذها خلال الخمس إلى السبع سنوات القادمة ما تتجاوز قيمته 100 مليار ريال قطري.

وتتبع أشغال استراتيجية تهدف إلى تسليم مشاريع حديثة وفق المستويات العالمية، وباعتماد أفضل الممارسات في مجال تطوير وإدارة البنية التحتية. كما تتبع نموذجاً قوياً للتعهيد على الصعيد الاستراتيجي، إضافة إلى الشراكة مع أفضل الشركات العالمية التي تمتلك الإمكانات والخبرات الكبيرة وذلك بهدف أن تصبح قطر في مصاف أكثر الدول تطوراً ونمواً في العالم. The Public Works Authority 'Ashghal' was established in 2004 to be responsible for the planning, design, procurement, construction, delivery, and asset management of all infrastructure projects and public buildings in Qatar. Ashghal’s key responsibilities include governing the design, construction, and management of major projects including roads, drainage and buildings such as public buildings, schools and hospitals. Adhering to the Qatar National Vision 2030, the Authority contributes to the economic and social development of the State of Qatar, with projects valued at over QR 100 billion to be delivered within the next five to seven years. Ashghal has employed a powerful model of strategic outsourcing and partnership with world leading establishments that will bring capacity and capabilities to ensure Qatar rates at par with the most developed nations in the world in the field of infrastructure. With high aspirations for the future, Ashghal is committed to undertake a huge infrastructure development that will support the future socio-economic growth of the country. Ashghal’s contribution to the overall sustainable economic and social development of the State is pivotal to the future enhancement of Qatar.

‏نظّمت "أشغال" يوم الابتكار للقادة لتمكينهم من تعزيز الابتكار وثقافة التجربة وتنفيذ المبادرات التجريبية، والتعلم المستمر والنمو.

‏حضر الفعالية سعادة الرئيس ومدراء الشؤون والإدارات ومساعدي المدراء على مستوى الهيئة.

‏أشار سعادة الرئيس إلى أهمية الابتكار باعتباره ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية المؤسسية لأشغال، ومواءمتها مع رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030، فيما أثبتت الفعالية أن التزام "أشغال" ببناء ثقافة مرنة ومتطلعة نحو المستقبل تشجع على الإبداع والتعاون والتقدم المستدام.

Ashghal successfully held Innovation Day for Leaders to empower them to drive innovation and foster a culture of experimentation, piloting, and continuous learning and growth.

The event was attended by the H.E. President, Directors, Managers, and Assistant Managers from across all departments.

H.E. President highlighted the importance of innovation as a cornerstone for achieving Ashghal’s strategic corporate objectives and aligning with Qatar’s National Vision 2030.

The event reinforced Ashghal’s commitment to building an agile, forward-looking culture that embraces creativity, collaboration, and sustainable progress.

لضمان استدامة الطرق السريعة وتحسين كفاءة وانسيابية حركة المرور، تعلن #أشغال عن إغلاق مؤقت وكامل للمخرج رقم 5 أمام حركة المرور القادمة من شارع رأس أبو عبود والمتجهة إلى بوابة مطار حمد الدولي وذلك لتنفيذ أعمال رصف الطريق.

يبدأ الإغلاق من الساعة 2:00 صباحًا وحتى الساعة 10:00 صباحًا يوم الجمعة الموافق 26 يونيو 2026، وذلك لإجراء أعمال صيانة.

وتحثّ هيئة الأشغال العامة مستخدمي الطريق خلال هذه الفترة على الالتزام بالسرعة المحددة، واستخدام جميع الطرق البديلة المتاحة.

To upkeep highway maintenance and optimise traffic efficiency and flow, Ashghal announces a temporary full road closure at Exit 5 for traffic coming from Ras Abu Abboud St. and heading to the Hamad International Airport Gate, to implement asphalt resurfacing.

The road closure will take effect from 02:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Friday 26 June 2026, to carry out Maintenance works.

Throughout this period, Ashghal urges road users to adhere to speed limit, use all available diversion routes.

أطلقت هيئة الأشغال العامة "أشغال" الإصدار الثاني من منصة "مساعد AI Hub" لدعم المهندسين والموظفين، في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز التحول الرقمي وتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئة العمل.

تُعلن هيئة الأشغال العامة #أشغال عن إغلاق مؤقت عند تقاطع سوق الوكرة على الجهات الأربع، وذلك من الساعة 12:00 منتصف الليل وحتى 05:00 صباحًا يوم الأحد الموافق 21 يونيو 2026، لتنفيذ أعمال العلامات المرورية داخل الإشارة الضوئية، بالتنسيق مع الإدارة العامة للمرور.

وخلال هذه الفترة، تناشد أشغال جميع مستخدمي الطريق القادمين إلى تقاطع سوق الوكرة استخدام المنعطف الأيمن (المسار الحر) للوصول إلى وجهاتهم، كما هو مبين بالخريطة المرفقة.

The Public Works Authority announces that the partial closure will be in place at Souq Al Wakrah Intersection in all four directions, on Sunday, 21 June 2026, from 12:00 AM to 05:00 AM, to carry out road marking works within the signalized intersection, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic.

During this period, Ashghal urges all road users to approach Souq Al Wakrah Intersection from Al Jabal Intersection to use the free right-turn lane to reach their destinations, as shown on the attached map.

للحفاظ على استدامة الطرق السريعة وصيانتها الدورية وتحسين انسيابية حركة المرور، #أشغال تعلن عن إغلاق مؤقت وكامل لطريق الخدمة الدائري عند تقاطع السيلية أمام حركة المرور القادمة من شارع الطاقة والمتجهة نحو طريق سلوى.

يبدأ الإغلاق من الساعة 12:00 صباحًا وحتى الساعة 5:00 صباحًا من يوم الإثنين الموافق 22 يونيو 2026.

وتحثّ هيئة الأشغال العامة مستخدمي الطريق خلال هذه الفترة على الالتزام بالسرعة المحددة، واستخدام جميع الطرق البديلة المتاحة، والنظر في تغيير مسارهم عبر الشوارع المجاورة للوصول إلى وجهاتهم كما هو موضح على الخريطة.

To upkeep highway sustainability and maintenance and optimize traffic flow, announces a temporary full closure of Loop service road at Al Sailiya Interchange for traffic coming from Energy Street and heading towards Salwa Road.

The road closure will take effect from 12:00 AM until 05:00 AM on Monday, 22 June 2026.

Throughout this period, Ashghal urges road users to adhere to speed limit, use all available diversion routes and consider rerouting through nearby streets to reach their destinations as indicated on the map.
