Directional arrows and lane lines applied to interlock paving at a car park handover in Qatar.

Interlock is unforgiving. The joints break the line, the surface drinks paint, and any drift in the stencil shows up under headlights. Clean edges come down to surface preparation, correct primer, accurate setting out and controlled application.

Carried out on night shift to keep the facility open through the day β€” area returned fully cured and trafficable by morning.

Road marking and thermoplastic works across Qatar: car parks, internal roads, warehouses, logistics yards and facility upgrades. Ashghal and Qatar Civil Defence approved.

Send us your layout drawing and we will revert with a quotation.

Roof valley gutter, sealed end to end.

GRP lining and lamination applied to the internal valley gutters of an industrial roof β€” continuous, seamless and bonded directly to the substrate. No joints, no laps, no weak points for water to find.

Metal roof gutters are where leaks start. Corrosion at the fasteners, split seams, ponding water and thermal movement all attack the same details. A GRP laminate rebuilds the gutter as one monolithic waterproof skin, resists UV and standing water, and takes foot traffic during maintenance without cracking.

Applied in situ, over the existing gutter, with no need to strip the roof sheets or shut the facility down.

Manycon delivers GRP lining and lamination across Qatar β€” roof and valley gutters, water tanks, sumps, pits, trenches, bunds and secondary containment.

Send us your gutter details or a few site photos and we'll come back with a scope and programme.

Clean lines. Correct spacing. Zero guesswork.

Delivery rider bay marking completed in Qatar β€” crisp white line work and hard-wearing symbol inlays built to take daily tyre load in a covered car park.

Floor and road marking isn't decoration. It's traffic management. Poor marking costs you more than it looks: blocked circulation routes, disputed bay allocation, failed handover inspections and repainting within months.

Manycon delivers car park marking, warehouse aisle and safety demarcation, road line marking and thermoplastic works across Qatar β€” Ashghal and Qatar Civil Defence approved, with night and phased shift working so live sites and operating facilities stay open.

Send us your car park or site layout and we'll come back with a marking proposal and programme.

LINES THAT HOLD. MARKINGS THAT LAST.

Road marking is the last trade on site and the first thing anyone judges.

Manycon delivers hot-applied thermoplastic, cold paint, preformed markings, road studs, kerb painting and full car park layouts across Qatar. Surface preparation, primer selection and application temperature are controlled on site that is what decides whether a line survives the first summer.

Car parks, industrial yards, internal roads, logistics hubs and airport-side works. Set out to approved drawings, night works where traffic management demands it, as-built records on handover.

In-house crews. No sub-let labour. Faster specialist ex*****on across the GCC.

Send us your layout drawing and site access window β€” we will come back with a programme and quotation.

You don't need an inspector to know your fire doors are failing.

You need 30 seconds and your own hand. πŸšͺ

Save this and walk one corridor today.

1. The gap test. Slide two fingers into the gap around the leaf. If they fit comfortably, the gap is too wide and smoke will pass.

2. Hinges. Three hinges minimum, every screw present and tight. Missing screws are the single most common defect we record.

3. Self-close and latch.Open the door halfway, let go. It must close *and* latch on its own. Closing but not latching counts as a fail.

4. The seal. Look along the edges. If the intumescent seal has been painted over during a refurbishment, it cannot expand β€” and the door is no longer rated.

5. The label. Torch on the top edge. No certification label means no verifiable rating, no matter how the door looks.

Five checks. Thirty seconds. In a typical Doha hotel or hospital corridor, we'd expect two or three doors in ten to fail at least one.

This isn't a replacement for a formal inspection β€” it's how you find out whether you need one urgently. Manycon inspects, documents and certifies fire doors across full portfolios. πŸ”₯

Your FM-200 room is going to fail its integrity test.
And it won't be the gas contractor's fault. πŸšͺπŸ’¨

We see this pattern every quarter in Doha. The suppression system is designed correctly. The cylinders are right. The discharge calculation checks out. The commissioning team arrives, runs the door-fan test β€” and the room can't hold the agent for the required hold time.

Why? Because FM-200 does not fight fire with volume. It fights with concentration held over time. If the enclosure leaks, the design exists only on paper.

The leaks are almost never exotic. A door undercut nobody trimmed. Cable trays entering above the ceiling with no seal behind them. A raised-floor void quietly connected to the corridor. A fire damper sealed on one face. Individually, each looks harmless. Together, they empty the room in under a minute.

The fix is sequencing, not budget: run the room integrity test **before** the ceiling closes, seal what the test finds, then retest. Doing it after handover costs you the ceiling twice.

Manycon carries out door-fan room integrity testing, identifies every leak path, seals it to the tested system, and issues the retest certificate. πŸ”₯

Open any ceiling void on a Doha project three weeks before handover.
Six things will be wrong. Here they are. πŸ”

Firestopping is the only life-safety system on your project that gets hidden before anyone qualified looks at it. Once the ceiling grid goes in, the evidence disappears β€” and it stays disappeared until the day it matters.

In this void we found an uncoated cable bundle running straight through a rated wall. Expanding foam where a tested sealant was specified. A sleeve packed with mineral wool and no seal at all. A damper sealed on one face only. A pipe collar fitted upside down. And not one identification label.

Every single one of those passes a visual walk-through. Not one of them passes a fire.

Here's the part most teams miss: none of these were caused by a bad installer. They were caused by sequencing β€” three trades working the same void on three different weeks, with nobody owning the pe*******on at the end of it.

That's the gap we close. Manycon surveys, seals, labels and documents every pe*******on to the tested system, so your QCDD submission is a formality instead of a fight.

πŸ“© Send us one void photo. We'll tell you what we see, free of charge.

A building's steel frame is its skeleton β€” and fire attacks it fast. Certified intumescent and cementitious fireproofing insulates structural steel, delaying failure and protecting everyone inside.

Manycon applies fireproofing systems to Qatar Civil Defence standards across Qatar.

Thermographic imaging is one of the highest-value predictive-maintenance tools available for electrical and mechanical assets.

Loose terminations, load imbalance and failing components generate heat well before they fail. A thermal survey locates these anomalies while equipment is live and under load, allowing planned intervention instead of emergency response.

Manycon provides thermographic survey and reporting across Qatar.
