Este capítulo propõe o conceito de “reglobalização” como uma nova forma de globalização, mais equilibrada e adaptada aos desafios contemporâneos, analisando o impacto da tecnologia, do desenvolvimento e das transformações políticas no sistema internacional pós-crise financeira de 2008 e pós-pandemia.
Os autores exploram ainda os desafios e oportunidades para o Sul Global neste novo contexto internacional, refletindo sobre o futuro das dinâmicas globais e o papel das instituições e governos perante estas mudanças.
