بيت عزيز وشوقي شاهين لرعاية المسنين
يواصل التقدّم بخطى ثابتة نحو الاكتمال ✨
🏗️ تم الانتهاء من تركيب أسقف الجبس والطراشة في جميع طوابق المشروع،
كما اكتملت أعمال التبليط وتركيب حمايات الأدراج بين الطوابق.
🔥 تم كذلك تركيب بكرات خرطوم الحريق في جميع الطوابق،
والانتهاء من تركيب المصاعد الكهربائية.
☀️ كما تم تركيب الألواح الشمسية وأجهزة التبريد والتدفئة،
إلى جانب استكمال تركيب الألمنيوم والزجاج لواجهات الشبابيك والأبواب.
🚿 واكتملت أعمال تشطيب المرافق الصحية بالكامل،
بالإضافة إلى تجهيز غرف التحكم الكهربائية وشبكات الإنترنت لتأمين البنية التحتية التقنية للمبنى.
⚡ وتم أيضًا تركيب مولد الكهرباء، مع تحديد الأرصفة الخارجية على الشارع الرئيسي للمشروع ضمن أعمال البنية التحتية النهائية.

The Azeez and Shouky Shaheen Senior Citizen Center
continues to move steadily toward completion. ✨
🏗️ The installation of gypsum ceilings and plastering has been completed across all floors of the project,
along with the tiling works and installation of stair railings between floors.
🔥 Fire hose reels have been installed on all floors,
and the installation of electric elevators has been completed.
☀️ In addition, solar panels and heating and cooling systems have been installed,
alongside the completion of aluminum and glass installations for windows and doors façades.
🚿 The finishing of all sanitary facilities has been fully completed,
and the electrical control rooms and internet networks have been set up to ensure a robust technical infrastructure for the building.
⚡ Furthermore, the electric generator has been installed,
and the external sidewalks along the project’s main street have been defined as part of the final infrastructure works.

رام الله – زار وفد من أعضاء اللجنة التنسيقية للبعثة الطبية التابعة للاتحاد الأمريكي لأبناء رام الله – فلسطين، إلى جانب ممثلين عن البعثة الطبية وبمشاركة أعضاء من الهيئتين الإداريتين لجمعية الاتحاد النسائي العربي وجمعية النهضة النسائية، مشروع "بيت عزيز وشوقي شاهين لرعاية المسنين" في مدينة رام الله.
وخلال الجولة، قدّم السيد نخلة جبران، ممثل مؤسسة رام الله المسجلة، شرحاً مفصلاً حول التقدّم في تنفيذ المشروع، مستعرضاً الرؤية الصحية والاجتماعية المتكاملة التي سيقدمها المركز لخدمة كبار السن في فلسطين، بما ينسجم مع احتياجاتهم ويعزز من جودة الرعاية المقدمة لهم.

A delegation from the Coordination Committee of the Medical Mission of the AFRP, along with members of the administrative boards of the Arab Women Union of Ramallah and the Nahda Women Association, visited the “Azeez and Shouky Shaheen Senior Citizen Center” project in Ramallah.
During the tour, Mr. Nakhleh Jubran, representative of the Ramallah Foundation, provided a detailed briefing on the progress of the project’s implementation. He highlighted the integrated health and social vision that the center will offer to serve the elderly in Palestine, in line with their needs and aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided to them.

معالي وزير الصحة الفلسطيني الدكتور ماجد أبو رمضان يزور مشروع "بيت عزيز وشوقي شاهين لرعاية المسنين" في مدينة رام الله، حيث اطّلع على مختلف أروقة المشروع والمخططات الهندسية، وسير العمل، والتقدّم المُحرز، بالإضافة إلى استعراض مفصّل للخدمات المتكاملة التي سيقدّمها المركز لكبار السن، بما يعكس رؤية متقدّمة في مجال الرعاية الصحية والاجتماعية للمسنين في فلسطين.

The Palestinian Minister of Health, H.E. Dr. Majed Abu Ramadan, visited the "the Azeez and Shouky Shaheen Senior Citizen Center project" in the city of Ramallah, where he toured the various facilities of the project, reviewed the architectural plans, observed the progress of construction, and received a detailed presentation on the comprehensive services that will be provided to the elderly. The visit reflects a forward-looking vision in the field of healthcare and social services for senior citizens in Palestine

نفخر بالإعلان عن إنجاز عملية تكحيل حجر المشروع وانجاز أعمال عزل السطح في مشروع بيت عزيز وشوقي شاهين لرعاية المسنين، وذلك ضمن الجدول الزمني المحدد ووفق أعلى المعايير الهندسية.

وتُظهر بعض الصور خط المنتصف الطولي الذي يفصل المبنى هندسيًا إلى جزأين، كجزء من الرؤية الهندسية المدروسة للحد من التصدعات المحتملة أثناء الزلازل، وضمان أعلى درجات السلامة الإنشائية.

نواصل العمل بخطى ثابتة نحو اكتمال هذا الصرح الإنساني النوعي لخدمة كبار السن في مدينتنا.

We are proud to announce the completion of the stone pointing and the roof insulation works at the Azeez and Shouky Shaheen Senior Citizen Center project, all delivered on schedule and in line with the highest engineering standards.

تحديث مشروع بيت عزيز وشوقي شاهين لرعاية المسنين
يسعدنا أن نعلن أن أعمال البناء، التشطيبات الداخلية، وتكحيل الحجر في جميع طوابق المشروع تسير بالتوازي وعلى عدة جبهات، وذلك وفقًا للجدول الزمني المخطط له، وصولًا إلى مراحل التشطيب والتجهيز النهائي.

We are pleased to report that construction, interior finishing, and stone pointing works across all floors of the project are progressing in parallel on multiple fronts, in line with the planned schedule, reaching the final stages of finishing and preparation.

ROI Designate, Ms. Mahima Sikand, welcomed Mr. Nakhla Joubran & Mr. Bassam Rabah of the Ramallah Foundation to the 🇮🇳 Rep. Office. ROI expressed her admiration for the inspiring work in community upliftment being done by the Foundation over the past seven decades.

Ideas to deepen 🇮🇳🤝🇵🇸 collaboration in social impact projects were discussed.



استقبلت السيدة ماهيما سيكاند، ممثلة الهند (المكلفة)، السيد نخلة جبران والسيد بسام رباح من مؤسسة رام الله في مكتب الممثلية الهندية. وأعربت عن إعجابها بالعمل المُلهم الذي قامت به المؤسسة في مجال النهوض بالمجتمع على مدى السبعة العقود الماضية. كما وتم بحث أفكار لتعميق التعاون في مشاريع التأثير المجتمعي.
