▪️وزارة العدل تدعو المؤسسات الدولية الخاصة بالمرأة لوقف سياسة تجويع وإذلال سيدات غزة*
🔻ترى وزارة العدل أن استمرار جريمة تجويع الشعب الفلسطيني بما يشمل النساء في قطاع غزة هو نتيجة مباشرة للصمت الدولي على جريمة الإبادة الجماعية التي تتواصل للشهر الثاني والعشرين، والتي راح ضحيتها أكثر من تسع وخمسين ألف شهيد بينهم ما يزيد عن 19 ألف طفل و12 ألف سيدة.
📌وتأتي جريمة التجويع لتتوج الصمت الدولي بالعار الذي لن يُنسى لمئات من السنين المقبلة، وليدُل على أن النظام العالمي الذي تتغنى به الأسرة الدولية تهاوى أمام كيان محتل وضع نفسه فوق المواثيق الدولية والأعراف وحتى الشرائع السماوية، وقام بإذلال العالم بأسره في استغلال لسردية قديمة " الهولوكوست" قتلها استهلاكاً وعقابا للمجتمع الدولي بأسره.
🔴وأمام هذا الاستعلاء والاستغلال للصمت الدولي وللدعم الأميركي المباشر، لم تزل تتفتق العقلية الصهيونية عن أفكار سامة للقوانين الإنسانية وملتفة عليها تعيد للأذهان أفعال العبودية بالعصور الوسطى، من خلال نصب مصائد الموت للمُجوّعين والمجوّعات في غزة، وادعاء الاهتمام الكاذب بالمرأة الفلسطينية وإفرادها بيوم خاص، ليظهر الاحتلال وجهه الحقيقي ويسارع بقتل سيدة من خلال إطلاق النار المباشر نحوها، كما فعل مع ألف من المجوعين خلال الأسابيع الماضية، الذين قتلهم جنود مدججون بالسلاح في ما يسمى " مراكز المساعدات الإنسانية التابعة لما تسمى مؤسسة غزة الإنسانية" وكالعادة تغاضى العالم عن هذه الأفعال الإجرامية السالبة للحياة وللكرامة الإنسانية.
وأمام هذه الجرائم والاستهتار بحياة المواطن الفلسطيني فإن وزارة العدل تدعو المؤسسات الدولية وخاصة المعنية بحقوق المرأة للتحرك العاجل ورفض هذه الجرائم وأن تنفض عن نفسها عار الصمت الذي يتواصل فيما تنزف المرأة الفلسطينية ما تبقى من دمها واحتمالها الذي يفوق طاقتها بأضعاف مضاعفة.
وتجدد وزارة العدل تأكيدها على أن كرامة المرأة الفلسطينية هي أغلى ما تملك وأنها من كرامة الشعوب العربية والإسلامية قاطبة، ولا يجب أن يقبل عاقل بقتل النساء الفلسطينيات الطالبات للغذاء وأن يستمر مساومتهن بلقمة العيش.
🔸وينبغي الإشارة هنا إلى أن النساء الفلسطينيات يبتن ليال طويلة دون أن يتذوقن لقمة من الطعام وهن مطالبات بتأمين لقمة عيش لأطفالهن والبدء برحلة البحث والطهي أمام النار في ظل درجات حرارة مرتفعة وأزمة تعطيش افتعلها الاحتلال الصهيوني.
▪️*The Ministry of Justice calls on international women's institutions to stop the policy of starvation and humiliation of Gaza's women*
The Ministry of Justice believes that the continued crime of starving the Palestinian people, including women in the Gaza Strip, is a direct result of the international community's silence on the ongoing genocide, now in its twenty-second month, which has claimed the lives of over 59,000 martyrs, including more than 19,000 children and 12,000 women.
The crime of starvation crowns the international community's silence with a shame that will not be forgotten for centuries to come, proving that the global order, which the international community boasts about, has collapsed in the face of an occupying entity that places itself above international conventions, norms, and even divine laws. This entity has humiliated the entire world by exploiting an outdated narrative, "the Holocaust," exhausting it and punishing the global community as a whole.
In the face of this arrogance and exploitation of international silence and direct American support, the Zionist mentality continues to produce toxic ideas that violate humanitarian laws and circumvent them, reminiscent of the slavery practices of the Middle Ages. This is done by setting death traps for the starving men and women in Gaza, while falsely claiming concern for Palestinian women and dedicating a special day to them. Yet, the occupation reveals its true face by hastening to kill a woman through direct gunfire, as it has done with thousands of starving people in recent weeks. These individuals were killed by heavily armed soldiers in so-called "humanitarian aid centers affiliated with what is called the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation." As usual, the world has turned a blind eye to these criminal acts that rob people of life and human dignity.
In light of these crimes and the disregard for Palestinian lives, the Ministry of Justice calls on international institutions, particularly those concerned with women's rights, to take urgent action and reject these crimes. It urges them to shake off the shame of their ongoing silence as Palestinian women continue to bleed out what remains of their blood and endurance, which exceeds their capacity many times over.
The dignity of the Palestinian woman is her most precious possession, and it is part of the collective dignity of all Arab and Islamic peoples. No rational person should accept the killing of Palestinian women seeking food or the continued bargaining over their basic sustenance.
It should be noted here that Palestinian women endure long nights without tasting a morsel of food, while being tasked with securing sustenance for their children and embarking on the journey of searching for and cooking food over open fires, amidst high temperatures and a deliberate water crisis imposed by the Zionist occupation.
