es una organización sin fines de lucro dedicada a la promoción, educación y divulgación de la Historia y Cultura puertorriqueña del siglo 18, hasta inicios del siglo 19 inclusive. Recrea al regimiento del mismo nombre que fue constituido en Puerto Rico bajo el reinado de Carlos III en España, cuyos soldados eran puertorriqueños en su inmensa mayoría. El Regimiento Fijo de Puerto Rico se relaciona

con las recreaciones de la historia en Puerto Rico de ese período. Anualmente organizamos la recreación del ataque británico y defensa de San Juan, que sucedió en abril de 1797. The Regimiento Fijo de Puerto Rico, Inc. (Fixed Regiment of Puerto Rico) is a non-profit organization tasked with educating and sharing historical and cultural elements of Puerto Rico's heritage, in particular from the late 18th Century and early 19th Century. Our organization reenacts the Spanish military regiment of the same name, which was instituted in Puerto Rico under the reign of King Charles III of Spain, and whose soldiers were largely Puerto Rican born. The RFPR focuses on historical reenactments involving the civil and military life in Puerto Rico in the time period stated above. Every year, we reenact the British siege and successful defense of San Juan, which took place in April of 1797.
