LugoRico’s final farm grant of 2025 helped 14-year-old Iván from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico rebuild his dream. 🐔 After losing 50 chickens to wild dogs, we were able to gift him 50 new young laying hens — and we’re now working on getting him a proper chicken coop! 💛🥚🇵🇷

Hello, my name is Jason Lugo. I'm the founder and executive director of LugoRico. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself and update you all on our progress here in Puerto Rico. In June of 2024 we were able to visit some small Puerto Rico farmers and give away 6 grants totaling $40K. We met some amazing and very deserving farms and families. We'd like to thank , Maxim Medical Services, and all the individual donors for their generous donations.
