Outstanding Pole Abroad Contest / Konkurs "Wybitny Polak za granicą" The main purpose of the contest is to promote a positive image of Poles living permanently abroad, to show their accomplishments and successes.

The Contest is being organized by the Foundation of Polish Promotion (Fundacja Polskiego Godła Promocyjnego) “Teraz Polska”, located in Warsaw, and in cooperation with the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland, the Senate of the Republic of Poland, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland (including the Embassies and Consulates). ish Norwegian Professionals Association are the national organizers of the contest. The main purpose of the Contest is to create a positive image of Poles living around the world, to highlight the success they have achieved outside of their native country, and to demonstrate and reward their accomplishments. The Contest is being held in the following five categories: Business, Culture, Science, Personality, and “Young Pole”. Candidates in all Contest categories may include Polish citizens or persons of Polish descent residing legally outside the Republic of Poland and conducting documented activity. A candidate may only be proposed in one category. The Contest will proceed in the following 2 stages: national and global. On the national level, contestants may be nominated by Polish community organizations and associations active in a given country. Applications can be submitted online:
