เนื่องในโอกาสการประกาศยกย่องพระเกียรติคุณพระราชกรณียกิจในวาระครบ 100 ปี สมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินี ในรัชกาลที่ 7 นายศิระ สว่างศิลป์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงวอร์ซอ เป็นประธานนำข้าราชการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ และคู่สมรสประกอบพิธีเฉลิมพระเกียรติและถวายความเคารพ ณ ที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ

ทั้งนี้ ในการประชุมสมัยสามัญขององค์การการศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ และวัฒนธรรมแห่งสหประชาชาติ (UNESCO) เมื่อวันที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ที่ประชุมฯ มีมติรับรองการประกาศยกย่องพระเกียรติคุณพระราชกรณียกิจในวาระครบ 100 ปี ด้านการศึกษา การพัฒนาสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน และความเสมอภาคทางเพศของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินี ในรัชกาลที่ 7

On the occasion of the centennial commemoration of Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni, the Queen Consort of His Majesty King Prajadhipok (King Rama VII), H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland, together with his spouse, led the officials and staff of the Royal Thai Embassy in paying tribute to Her Majesty.

At the UNESCO’s General Conference on 13 November 2025, it adopted a resolution recognising the centennial commemoration of Her Majesty’s royal contributions and legacy in the fields of education, sustainable social development, and gender equality.

เมื่อวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายนัฐพงศ์ สุวรรณภักดี อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา เป็นผู้แทนสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ร่วมกิจกรรมเผยแพร่ศิลปะแม่ไม้มวยไทยเนื่องในโอกาสวันเด็กของโปแลนด์ (1 มิถุนายน 2569) ณ Park Skarbkow เมือง Grodzisk Mazowiecki โดยมีครูมวยและลูกศิษย์จากค่ายมวย KF Muaythai ดำเนินกิจกรรม ทั้งนี้ ภายในงานมีเด็กและผู้ใหญ่จำนวนมากให้ความสนใจกับศิลปะแม่ไม้มวยไทย สะท้อนความนิยมมวยไทยที่้เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องในหมู่ชาวโปลิช

On 31 May 2026, Mr. Nattapong Suwanpakdee, Minister Counsellor, attended Muaythai promotional event at Park Skarbkow, Grodzisk Mazowiecki on the occasion of the Polish Children’s Day 2026.

During the event, ‘Kru’ muaythai and students from KF Muaythai Gym performed ‘Wai Kru’ ritual and ‘Muay Boran’, which attracted large crowds from all ages. The participants also had the opportunity to try real muaythai training throughout the day.

เมื่อวันที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายศิระ สว่างศิลป์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงวอร์ซอ ให้การต้อนรับและพบหารือกับ ดร. Małgorzata Bonikowska ประธาน Centre for International Relations (CSM) และนาง Adrianna Śniadowska-Koneczny ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารของ CSM ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองต่อสถานการณ์ภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ในปัจจุบัน และหารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการดำเนินกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทวิภาคีไทย–โปแลนด์ในด้านธุรกิจ วิชาการ และสื่อมวลชน ในโอกาสการเปิดบริการเที่ยวบินตรงระหว่างกรุงวอร์ซอกับกรุงเทพฯ ในเดือนตุลาคมปีนี้ รวมทั้งได้หารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันวิจัยของไทยและโปแลนด์ ตลอดจนความร่วมมือระหว่างอาเซียนกับสหภาพยุโรปในอนาคต

อนึ่ง CSM ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2539 เป็นองค์กรคลังสมองอิสระ (independent non-governmental think tank) ที่ดำเนินงานด้านนโยบายระหว่างประเทศ รวมถึงนโยบายต่างประเทศและนโยบายยุโรปของโปแลนด์

On 15 May 2026, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland, welcomed and held discussions with Dr. Małgorzata Bonikowska, President of the Centre for International Relations (Centrum Stosunków Międzynarodowych - CSM), and Ms. Adrianna Śniadowska-Koneczny, Chief Executive Officer of CSM, at the Royal Thai Embassy.

On this occasion, both sides exchanged views on current geopolitical situations and discussed possible activities to promote Thai-Polish bilateral cooperation in the fields of business, academic, and media, in light of the launch of regular direct flights between Warsaw and Bangkok in October this year. The discussions also covered ways to strengthen cooperation between Thai and Polish research institutes, as well as future cooperation between ASEAN and the European Union.

Established in 1996, the CSM is an independent non-governmental think tank focusing on international policy issues, including Poland’s foreign and European policies.

เมื่อวันที่ 9 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายศิระ สว่างศิลป์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงวอร์ซอ ได้กล่าวเปิดงาน “Thai Day in Toruń” ณ Centre of Contemporary Art เมือง Toruń ซึ่งจัดขึ้นจากความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ เมือง Toruń พิพิธภัณฑ์ Centre of Contemporary Art และสมาคมไทย-โปแลนด์

ภายในงาน ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับชมการนำเสนอเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทย อาทิ ชุดไทย พุทธศาสนาในประเทศไทย การท่องเที่ยวไทยใน 4 ภูมิภาค และอาหารไทย นอกจากนี้ ยังมีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจ ได้แก่ นิทรรศการชุดไทย ศิลปะการแกะสลักผักและผลไม้ การสาธิตนวดไทย และการชิมอาหารไทย

ในการนี้ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ขอขอบคุณเมือง Toruń พิพิธภัณฑ์ Centre of Contemporary Art สมาคมไทย-โปแลนด์ และผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจไทยในเมือง Toruń ทุกท่าน ที่มีส่วนร่วมทำให้งานในปีนี้ประสบความสำเร็จด้วยดีอีกครั้งหนึ่ง

On 9 May 2026, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland, delivered welcome remarks at the “Thai Day in Toruń” event held at the Centre of Contemporary Art in Toruń. The event was jointly organised by the Royal Thai Embassy, the City of Toruń, the Centre of Contemporary Art Museum, and the Thai-Polish Association for Friendship and Cultural-Business Partnership.

During the event, participants enjoyed presentations on various aspects of Thai culture, including traditional Thai costumes, Buddhism in Thailand, tourism in Thailand’s four regions, and Thai cuisine. The event also featured several engaging activities, such as an exhibition of Thai traditional costumes, fruit and vegetable carving demonstrations, Thai massage demonstrations, and Thai food tasting.

On this occasion, the Royal Thai Embassy would like to express its sincere appreciation to the City of Toruń, the Centre of Contemporary Art Museum, the Thai-Polish Association for Friendship and Cultural-Business Partnership, and all Thai business operators in Toruń for their contributions to the successful organisation of this year’s event once again.

เมื่อวันที่ 12 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายศิระ สว่างศิลป์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงวอร์ซอ และเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ให้การต้อนรับและพบหารือกับคณะผู้แทนจากสำนักงานนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์การค้า (สนค.) กระทรวงพาณิชย์ ประกอบด้วยนายธนภณ พูลทอง นายวรายุทธ บุญยะศรี และนายภคพล เหงี่ยมไพศาล ซึ่งเดินทางมาร่วมการประชุมคณะทำงานออตตาวาว่าด้วยดัชนีราคา (Meeting of the Ottawa Group on Price Indices) ครั้งที่ 19 จัดขึ้นโดยคณะกรรมาธิการสถิติแห่งสหประชาชาติ (UN Statistical Commission) และโปแลนด์เป็นเจ้าภาพ ระหว่างวันที่ 13-15 พฤษภาคม 2569

ต่อมา เมื่อวันที่ 14 พฤษภาคม 2569 เอกอัครราชทูตฯ พร้อมด้วยนางเมทินี ศิริสวัสดิ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ กรุงวอร์ซอ ได้เดินทางเข้าเยี่ยมชมผลงานวิจัยของคณะผู้แทนของไทย ในหัวข้อ “ความท้าทายในการบูรณาการปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อออกแบบระบบอัตโนมัติสำหรับการจัดทำดัชนีราคาผู้บริโภคของประเทศไทย” ภายในงานแสดงผลงาน ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการประชุมครั้งนี้ ณ Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) กรุงวอร์ซอ

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นกับคณะผู้แทนไทยเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดัชนีราคาผู้บริโภคของไทย โดยได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practices) จากประเทศต่าง ๆ การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานระดับสากล ตลอดจนการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้และต่อยอดการดำเนินงานด้านดัชนีราคาของประเทศไทยในอนาคต

On 12 May 2026, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland, together with officials from the Royal Thai Embassy, met with the representatives from the Trade Policy and Strategy Office (TPSO), Ministry of Commerce of Thailand (Dr. Tanapon Poonthong, Dr. Varayut Boonyasri, and Mr. Pakapon Ngiampisal) who will participate in the 19th Meeting of the Ottawa Group on Price Indices, organised by the United Nations Statistical Commission and hosted by the Polish Government, during 13-15 May 2026.

During the Ottawa Group on Price Indices on 14 May 2026, the Ambassador, accompanied by Mrs. Methenee Sirisawat, Director of the Thai Trade Centre in Warsaw, visited the Thai delegation’s research presentation entitled “Challenges in Integrating Artificial Intelligence to Design Automated Systems for Thailand's Consumer Price Index Compilation” at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

On this occasion, the Ambassador exchanged views with the Thai delegation on approaches to further developing Thailand’s consumer price index system. The Ambassador also underscored the importance of learning from international best practices, building networks with representatives from international organisations, and exchanging knowledge and experiences in order to further enhance Thailand’s work on price indices in the future.
