WORKSHOPS
During this year’s edition of Bialystok International Medical Congress, you will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of hands-on workshops:

• Vascular Surgery Suturing Workshops -> FRIDAY 16:00; 17:00 EN

This hands-on workshop introduces the fundamentals of vascular suturing techniques using porcine aorta models. Participants will have the opportunity to practice basic suturing, develop manual skills, and become familiar with surgical instruments in a realistic setting. The workshops will be held at WNoZ.

• Clinical Skills Workshop: Nasogastric Tube Insertion -> FRIDAY 16:00 EN

This practical workshop focuses on nasogastric tube insertion, including indications, technique, and safe placement. Participants will become familiar with the procedure and build confidence in essential clinical skills. The workshops will be held at WNoZ.

• Time Management - Tips and Strategies -> FRIDAY 12:00 PL

This interactive workshop focuses on practical strategies for effective time management in medical school. Participants will learn how to improve productivity, organize their workload, and maintain a better balance between studies and daily life. The workshops will be held at WNoZ.

• Depression: Neurobiology and Treatment -> SATURDAY 15:00 PL

This workshop explores the neurobiological basis of depression and its treatment using 3D models. Participants will gain insight into how different clinicians approach the management of depression in clinical practice. The workshops will be held at WNoZ.

• Peripheral Venous Cannulation Workshops -> SATURDAY 10:00 PL/EN

Practical sessions focused on the technique of obtaining intravenous access. Participants will learn how to correctly perform peripheral cannulation on phantoms, covering the principles of asepsis, equipment selection, and management of difficult venous access. The workshop provides an opportunity to gain confidence and precision in one of the fundamental clinical procedures. Classes will be held at CSM (Center of Medical Simulation).

• Endotracheal Intubation Workshops -> FRIDAY 14:00 PL/EN

Practical workshops focused on airway management techniques. Participants will learn the principles of proper endotracheal intubation, clinical indications, as well as the most common challenges and complications. Under the supervision of experienced instructors, they will have the opportunity to practice the procedure on manikins, improving their skills in a simulated environment. The workshops will be held at CSM (Center of Medical Simulation).

• Cardiac Arrhythmias Workshops -> SATURDAY 11:00 EN

We invite you to a workshop on arrhythmia diagnosis. Through practical case studies led by an experienced physician, you’ll be able to consolidate your existing knowledge and gain the confidence to interpret any ECG with ease. The workshops will be held at WNoZ.

• Orthopedic Workshops -> SATURDAY 12:00 PL/EN

We invite all participants interested in orthopedics who wish to develop essential skills required in every Emergency Department under the supervision of an experienced orthopedic surgeon. The instructor will also share knowledge on surgical techniques, such as drilling into artificial bones, methods of plate and intramedullary nail implantation, as well as tendon reconstruction. The workshops will be held at WNoZ.
