The 11th meeting of the Graduate Study Committee was held today. The meeting was chaired by the Honourable Principal, Prof. Dr. Saeed Ullah Jan and graced by all members including Convener, Dr. Zaheer Ahmad and Controller of Exam, Prof. Nizam Uddin. The meeting discussed the Research Theses of BS Sociology (8th Semester) students and approved them for onwards submission with minor changes. Prof. Riaz Ullah, Dr. Mansoor Ahmad and Prof. M. Shakir Ullah also attended the meeting as Supervisor's.

ڈایریکٹریٹ اف ہایر ایجوکیشن کی اکیڈمک آڈٹ ٹیم بشمول ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ایکڈیمکس جناب شریف نواز اور اسسٹنٹ ڈایریکٹر اکیڈمک جناب محمد رحیم نے تعلیمی سال۲۰۲۵/۲۶ کےسلسلے میں گورنمنٹ پوسٹ گریجویٹ کالج تیمرگرہ کا دورہ کیا۔ کالج امد پر پرنسپل پروفیسر ڈاکٹر سعید اللہ جان نے ان کا استقبال کیا۔ اکیڈمک اڈٹ ٹیم کو کوارڈینٹر بی ایس ڈاکٹر ظہیر احمد، کنٹرولر امتحانات بی ایس، پروفیسر نظام الدین، ڈایریکٹر انٹرمیڈیٹ پروفیسر احسان اللہ،کنٹرولر انٹرمیڈیٹ پروفیسرمحمد حسین، پروفیسر نصیر الحق اور سپرنٹنڈنٹ جناب حلیم اللہ خان کی طرف سے جملہ امور پر تفصیلی بریفنگ دیاگیا۔اس موقع پر ٹیم نے ادارے کے تدریسی، انتظامی اور تعلیمی امور کا تفصیلی جائزہ لیا۔

آج جی ایم سی تیمرگرہ کا ایک اہم اجلاس زیر صدارت ڈایریکٹر ریجنل ڈایریکٹریٹ اف ہایر ایجوکیشن ملاکنڈ جناب پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عنایت اللہ منعقد ہوا۔ اجلاس کی میزبانی جی ایم سی کوارڈینٹر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر سعید اللہ جان نے کی اور ایجنڈا کا تعارفی خاکہ پیش کیا۔ اجلاس میں ڈویژنل مانیٹرنگ افیسر ڈاکٹر خان بہادر صاحب سمیت تمام کلسٹر کالجز کے پرنسپلز صاحبان نے شرکت کی۔ اجلاس میں کالجز کو درپیش جملہ مسائل پر تفصیلی بحث کی اور اہم فیصلے کیے گئے۔ اس موقع پر معزز ڈایریکٹر صاحب اور جی ایم کوارڈینٹر صاحب نے شرکاء کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔

A semester wise meeting of JMC (Dir Lower and Dir Upper) was held today at GPGC Timergara. The meeting was chaired by Honourable Director, Directorate of Higher Education, Malakand, Prof. Dr. Inayat Ullah. The meeting was presided over by Worthy Principal/JMC Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Saeed Ullah Jan. The meeting was graced by all Principals of Government colleges of Dir Lower and Dir Upper. The forum deliberated upon a number of agenda items with particular focus on Academic and Administrative Issued faced by Cluster colleges. Detailed discussions were also held regarding organizing IT and Science Exhibition, JMC wise Magazine and Academic Audit.

A meeting of Program Team Members and Career Counseling Committee was held today under the Chairmanship of Honourable Principal, Prof. Dr. Saeed Ullah Jan. The meeting was briefed on PREE checklist by QEC Focal Person, Dr. Mansoor Ahmad. The meeting also discussed areas of students counseling and advising and deliberated issues pertaining to Quality assurance in the college.

تمام فرسٹ ایئر طلبہ جنہوں نے حالیہ انٹرمیڈیٹ (فرسٹ ایئر) امتحان میں شرکت کی ہے، انہیں مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ ان کی سیکنڈ ایئر کی کلاسز کا باقاعدہ آغاز 16 جون 2026ء سے ہوگا۔

لہٰذا تمام طلبہ سے گزارش ہے کہ مقررہ تاریخ سے اپنی حاضری کو یقینی بنائیں اور باقاعدگی کے ساتھ کلاسز میں شرکت کریں تاکہ تعلیمی سرگرمیوں کا تسلسل برقرار رہے اور کسی قسم کی تعلیمی رکاوٹ پیش نہ آئے۔
