Job Opportunity: Enumerator (Short Survey)

We are looking for a young, motivated, and responsible enumerator to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting accurate data and information for surveys and research projects.

Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy and completeness of survey responses.
Maintain proper records and submit reports on time.
Follow ethical guidelines during data collection.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Graduation .
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in the field.
Basic knowledge of data recording and reporting.
Must Have Mobile Phone (android) & Bike

Location: District Umerkot (2 candidates from each tehsil)

Pirbhа Foundation Sindh is proud to share that our Founder, Bharat Bansi Malhi, had the opportunity to attend a three-day stakeholders’ workshop titled “Together for Tolerance: Strengthening Minority Rights and Inclusion”, held in Karachi.

The workshop was thoughtfully facilitated by Mr. Arshad Mehmood and Mr. Tahir Iqbal (Advocate, Advisor Rule of Law), with valuable insights from distinguished resource persons including Mr. Iqbal Detho (Former Chairperson, Sindh Human Rights Commission) and Dr. Fauzia Hameed (Member, Sindh Assembly).

The sessions covered key human rights concepts, the current situation of religious minorities, constitutional guarantees, UN human rights mechanisms, and grassroots strategies to counter religious extremism.

The learning experience was further enriched by expert contributions from Mr. Shafique Chaudhry (Executive Director, PCHR) and Mr. Ali Anwer Baber (Deputy Director, Minority Affairs Department, Sindh). Interactive discussions on engaging with UN Special Rapporteurs, media advocacy, and district-level strategies for minority rights made the workshop highly practical and impactful.

This workshop significantly strengthened our commitment to promoting tolerance, inclusion, and effective human rights advocacy through our work at Pirbha Foundation Sindh.

Pirbha Foundation Sindh successfully distributed winter clothes, warm cumbles (blankets), and sports material at Govt Special Education & Rehabilitation Centre Umerkot, bringing comfort, joy, and encouragement to our special children during the cold season.

This initiative aimed not only to protect children from harsh winter conditions but also to promote physical activity, confidence, and inclusion through sports. The smiles on the faces of these wonderful children reminded us that small acts of kindness can create a big impact.

Together, we can build a more caring and inclusive society.

Promoting Interfaith Harmony Through Cultural Dialogue

Pirbha Foundation, in collaboration with Chanan Development Association (CDA) Pakistan, proudly organized an inspiring event on 12th December 2025 at Pirbha Foundation Office Umerkot, aimed at promoting peace, mutual respect, and understanding among different faiths and cultures.

The event brought together youth and students through a meaningful roundtable dialogue, cultural performances, and speeches that beautifully reflected the message of Unity in Diversity.
From traditional dances to cultural tableaux, every moment celebrated our shared values and rich cultural heritage.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the volunteers, students, diverse group of youth, and guests who contributed to the success of the interfaith dialogue and cultural celebration.
