میں محمد صالح شر، سابق ڈائریکٹر پی ٹی وی، انتہائی دکھ کے ساتھ اپنے دوستوں، رشتہ داروں، ہمدردوں اور اس ریاست کے متعلقہ حکام کو بتانا چاہتا ہوں کہ میرا بڑا بیٹا ارباب شر، جو کراچی میں میرے ساتھ رہتا تھا، نے میرے ساتھ انتہائی ناروا سلوک کیا ہے۔ اس نے مجھے نشہ آور اشیاء کا عادی بنایا، مجھ پر تشدد کرتا رہا، اور زبردستی مجھ سے مختلف کاغذات پر دستخط کروائے۔ میرے بینک اکاؤنٹ میں موجود ڈیڑھ کروڑ روپے سے زائد رقم بھی میری اجازت کے بغیر اپنے اکاؤنٹ میں منتقل کر لی ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ، کراچی کے فلیٹس، دکانوں، اور خیرپور و سانگھڑ میں موجود میری زمین پر بھی ناجائز قبضہ کر رکھا ہے۔
آج میں اکہتر سال کی عمر میں ایسی حالت میں ہوں کہ اپنے علاج اور دواؤں کے اخراجات بھی برداشت کرنے کے قابل نہیں ہوں۔ میں نے کبھی نہیں سوچا تھا کہ زندگی کی اس عمر میں مجھے اپنی ہی اولاد کے خلاف انصاف کے لیے آواز اٹھانی پڑے گی۔
میں پاکستان کے صدر، وزیرِ اعظم، سندھ کے وزیرِ اعلیٰ، قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں، عدلیہ، انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں، میڈیا، اپنے دوستوں اور رشتہ داروں سے اپیل کرتا ہوں کہ مجھے انصاف فراہم کیا جائے اور ارباب شر کے خلاف قانون کے مطابق کارروائی کی جائے، میرے پیسے اور میری پراپرٹی مجھے واپس دلائی جائے۔

I, Muhammad Saleh Shar, former Director PTV, wish to inform my friends, relatives, well wishers, and the concerned authorities of this state, with deep sorrow, that my elder son, Arbab Shar, who used to live with me in Karachi, has treated me in an utterly unjust manner. He got me addicted to intoxicants, subjected me to repeated violence, and forced me to sign various documents against my will. He has also transferred more than fifteen million rupees from my bank account into his own account without my permission. In addition to this, he has illegally taken possession of my flats and shops in Karachi, as well as my land in Khairpur and Sanghar.
Today, at the age of seventy one, I find myself in a condition where I can no longer even afford the cost of my own treatment and medicines. I never imagined that at this stage of my life, I would have to raise my voice for justice against my own child.
I appeal to the President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister, the Chief Minister of Sindh, law enforcement agencies, the judiciary, human rights organizations, the media, and my friends and relatives to ensure that justice is provided to me, that legal action be taken against Arbab Shar in accordance with the law, and that my money and my land & property be returned to me.
