Had to wait ( literally ) for a complete 10 hours before the Himalayan Bear ( sow ) came out of the “ Maashy “ where it went into hiding after a swarm of mosquitoes disturbed her from slumber on the plateau, making her scamper into the thickets of the maashy at 7:10 am.
On observing her going into hiding, we decided to get down to the river and wait.
Never knew the wait would stretch to 10 hours but being an obstinate baluch I am, decided to stick it out ( had not even sipped tea or munch on anything since 5 am )…
At 5:10 pm the patience paid off and finally she came out after an agonising long wait . I got rewarded with a decent shot next to the river of the Sow Bear..
I thank my fellow team members, Javed Khan Javed Khan, Mehdi Sadpara,Asghar Ali & Mukhtiar who endured with patience the 10 hour wait and kept their eyes focused on the Maashy.
