The third phase of Himmat Card distribution was formally launched in Sargodha division. The inauguration ceremony was led by Ms. Shakira Noreen, Divisional Director of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Mal Sargodha in community development office sargodha. During the event, she highlighted the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for persons with disabilities, emphasizing the initiative's focus on supporting individuals with disabilities by distributing himmat card ATMs and quarterly cash payments of 10500 Rs each among PwDs. The Tehsil officers of shahpur and bhalwal also distributed himmat cards in the their respective offices of tehsil shahpur and bhalwal.

A PRM (Progress Review Meeting) held under the chairmanship of worthy Commissioner sargodha division in meeting room sargodha regarding Chief minister special initiative of Punjab DHE RANI. The divisional director briefed the Commissioner sb about the ongoing verification process of dhe rani in all tehsils of sargodha division and shared the number of approved cases in TVC (Tehsil verification committees led by assistant commissioner). The venue and dates of 3rd event in sargodha were also discussed in the meeting.

Empowering Differently-Abled Citizens!
CM Punjab's thoughtful initiative brings mobility & independence to a PWD's lives through providing wheelchairs in Assistive devices and wheel chair program. A event of distribution of assistive devices was organized by Assistant Directors Social Welfare & Bait ul maal tehsil shahpur in municipal committee hall shahpur sadar, through this program 28 wheel chairs, walker and brail equipment's handed over to persons with disabilities. The MPA Malik Asim sher maken graced the event as a chief guest and distributed wheel chairs among special persons. These assistive devices brings smiles to faces of PWDs and their families.

In view of departmental recent drive to take responsibility of daughters of prisoners at wedding age through dhe rani program. The Assistant director MSSU Shahpur visited shahpur jail and met with superintendent jail shahpur and conduct awareness session regarding for prisoners and 15 cases of unmarried daughters of prisoners identified which belongs to different tehsils of sargodha division.

To address the health issued of inmates/residents in women transition and shelter homes in district sargodha. Two Free medical camps arranged separately in which medical officer and Gynecologist did Medical Checkups and provide medical consultancy/ prescriptions and medicines to children and women and mothers under the directions of divisional director social welfare & bait ul maal sargodha division.

CM Punjab's thoughtful initiative brings mobility & independence to a PWD's life through an electric wheelchair handed over through Social Welfare & Bait ul maal Punjab and district government. The woman's wish for a wheelchair was fulfilled promptly and she is provided with assistive device for her independent mobility, District government and social welfare and bait ul maal department handed over the wheel chair to that women in sargodha under umbrella of CM punjab initiative of Assistive devices and wheel chair program for special persons.

Flood relief activities in sargodha division.
500 packs (260 rashan bags and 240 Flour bags )are sent to Ali pur and dera ghazi khan division for the flood afectees from Sargodha division under the supervision of worthy divisional director Madam shakira noreen.
