The services of issuance of transnational fard and mutation (of all kinds except mutation through Ahl -e-Commission) is restored from Arazi Record Centers (ARC); only after getting appointment through PLRA's 24/7 Helpline @ 042-111-22-22-77, at least one day prior of obtaining desired service. However, the issuance of fard for record still remains suspended.
The customers are allowed to enter ARC at their reserved time slot only and desired to take all preventive measures e.g. using face mask, sanitizers, maintaining appropriate distance etc as per instructions of the Government.
