Open House Session – MIS Attendance Compliance & Staff Sensitization

In line with the directives of HQ ML&C, the CEO, Chaklala Cantonment Board convened an Open House session to reinforce compliance with the MIS Attendance System and enhance institutional discipline. The session focused on sensitizing staff regarding the operational importance of real-time attendance monitoring and its direct linkage with payroll processing.

Key highlights included a detailed briefing on the disciplinary framework under the Pakistan Cantonments Servants Rules, 1954, particularly the consequences of unauthorized absence, non-compliance, and failure to adhere to approved leave protocols.

The CEO underscored the need for a performance-driven culture anchored in accountability, integrity, and service excellence. Employees were directed to ensure strict adherence to attendance procedures without exception.

The forum also served as a feedback mechanism, enabling staff to raise operational concerns, particularly issues related to inadvertent absentee marking on the MIS platform. These inputs will be reviewed to streamline system efficiency and minimize discrepancies.

This initiative reaffirms CCB’s strategic focus on transparency, governance, and employee engagement through proactive institutional dialogue.

A match of the Intra-Regional Cricket Tournament (Rawalpindi Region) under the ML&C Department was played between Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) and MEO Rawalpindi.
MEO Rawalpindi, batting first, struggled against a disciplined bowling attack and were restricted to 50/8 in 10 overs.
In reply, Chaklala Cantonment Board comfortably chased the target, winning the match by 9 wickets with ease, showcasing a dominant all-round performance.

In reply, Chaklala Cantonment Board comfortably chased the target, winning the match by 9 wickets with ease, showcasing a dominant all-round performance.

A match of the Intra-Regional Cricket Tournament (Rawalpindi Region) organized under the ML&C Department was played between Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) and Cantonment Board Taxila.
Batting first, Chaklala Cantonment Board displayed an outstanding batting performance and posted a massive total of 244/2 in 10 overs. The highlight of the innings was a brilliant knock by Shehzad, who scored 142 runs and was later declared Man of the Match for his exceptional performance.
In reply, Cantonment Board Taxila put up a spirited effort but managed to score 172 runs in 10 overs. Wajahat was the top scorer for Taxila with a commendable 72 runs.
Chaklala Cantonment Board won the match convincingly by a significant margin, demonstrating superior batting strength and overall performance.
