During the operation, a significant quantity of illegal ci******es was confiscated. The seized items were handed over to the AETO Khairpur for further legal action.

Price Control Action in Pir Jo Goth Dated 07-03-2026

Assistant Commissioner Kingri, Mr. Shan Ali Memon, visited Pir Jo Goth City to inspect the price rate lists of essential commodities. During the visit, several shopkeepers were found violating the official price lists and charging higher prices.

Strict action was taken on the spot and fines were imposed on violators. Shopkeepers were directed to display official price lists and strictly follow the government-approved prices.

The Assistant Commissioner warned that no profiteering will be tolerated and such inspections will continue to ensure relief for the public.
