ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان میں مویشیوں کی حفاظتی ویکسینیشن مہم کا دائرہ کار وسیع کر دیا گیا ہے۔ ڈسٹرکٹ ڈائریکٹر لائیو سٹاک ڈی آئی خان ڈاکٹر محمد انوار بلوچ صاحب کی ہدایت پر، اب یہ مہم سی وی ڈی نائیویلا، گرہ غوث شاہ، گرہ طاہر اور شورکوٹ کے علاقوں میں بھی جاری ہے۔
اس مہم کے تحت مویشیوں کو ایف ایم ڈی، ایل ایس ڈی، اور پی پی آر جیسی مہلک بیماریوں سے بچاؤ کے ٹیکے لگائے جا رہے ہیں تاکہ جانوروں کی صحت کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے اور مال مویشی کے نقصانات سے بچا جا سکے۔
کاشتکاروں اور زمینداروں سے درخواست ہے کہ وہ ویٹرنری ٹیم کے ساتھ مکمل تعاون کریں۔ اگر مزید کسی کو ویکسینیشن یا علاج (ٹریٹمنٹ) کی ضرورت ہو، تو وہ اپنے قریبی ویٹرنری سینٹر سے رابطہ کریں۔ شکریہ!

A consultative meeting was held between representatives of UNIDO Vienna, UNIDO Pakistan and Livestock and Dairy Development Department - Extension, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to discuss the Proposed PAFAID Phase - II project.

UNIDO has successfully implemented the Meat Value Chain Development Project (PAFAID) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Building on its successful completion, UNIDO, in collaboration with JICA, is now working on Phase-II of the same project.

“The MoU between the Livestock & Dairy Development Department and the Bank of Khyber is a significant step towards empowering young veterinary graduates with mobility, creating self-employment opportunities and taking quality veterinary services closer to livestock farmers across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This initiative also reflects the Provincial Government’s commitment to strengthening food security,” expressed Mr. Khursheed Khan Khattak Special Assistant to CM-KP for Livestock, Fosheries and Cooperative in his opening remarks during the MoU signing ceremony held at L&DD (Extension), Peshawar.

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department (Extension), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Bank of Khyber signed an MoU for the procurement and distribution of motorbikes to unemployed veterinary graduates on a cost-recovery basis under the ADP project “Expansion of Veterinary Health Services through Provision of Mobility (Motor Bikes) to Unemployed Veterinary Graduates (DVMs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.”

The initiative will enhance the mobility of young veterinarians, expand outreach to livestock farmers and strengthen veterinary service delivery across the Province.
