Ministry of Public Affairs Holds First Official Cabinet Meeting in Jehangira

The Ministry of Public Affairs under the Federal Youth Parliament – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cabinet successfully conducted its first official cabinet meeting on Friday, 18 July 2025, at the Tehsil Nazim Office, Jehangira.

The meeting, chaired by Youth Minister Sameer Khan Afridi, was attended by secretariat members, Youth Community Representatives (YCRs), and other officials.

Key Highlights of the Meeting:

Introduction of Secretariat & Volunteers: The team’s roles and responsibilities were formally defined.

Minister’s Vision & Mission: The Minister outlined a youth-centric roadmap for public engagement, governance reforms, and policy outreach.

Funding & Sustainability: Discussions were held on sustainable models for ministry activities.

YCR Presentations: Representatives shared grassroots challenges and proposed solutions.

Future Planning: A three-month action plan was proposed, focusing on community outreach and capacity building.

Youth Community Issues: Open dialogue was held to address pressing youth concerns.

جہانگیرا میں وزارتِ عوامی امور کا پہلا اجلاس کامیابی سے منعقد

وفاقی یوتھ پارلیمنٹ – خیبر پختونخوا کابینہ کے تحت وزارتِ عوامی امور نے اپنا پہلا کابینہ اجلاس کامیابی کے ساتھ جمعہ، 18 جولائی 2025 کو تحصیل ناظم دفتر، جہانگیرا میں منعقد کیا۔

یہ اجلاس وزیرِ عوامی امور، سمیر خان آفریدی کی زیرِ صدارت ہوا، جس میں سیکریٹریٹ اراکین، یوتھ کمیونٹی نمائندگان (YCRs)، اور دیگر ممبران نے شرکت کی۔

اجلاس کی اہم جھلکیاں:

ٹیم کا تعارف: سیکریٹریٹ اور رضاکاروں کے کردار اور ذمہ داریوں کو واضح کیا گیا۔

وزیر کا وژن اور مشن: وزیرِ عوامی امور نے نوجوانوں کے لیے ایک عوام دوست اور شفاف منصوبہ پیش کیا۔

فنڈنگ اور پائیداری: وزارت کی سرگرمیوں کے لیے فنڈز اور وسائل کی حکمتِ عملی پر گفتگو۔

YCR پیشکشیں: نمائندگان نے مقامی مسائل اور ان کے حل پر اپنی تجاویز پیش کیں۔

مستقبل کی منصوبہ بندی: آئندہ تین ماہ کے ایکشن پلان پر بات چیت۔

نوجوانوں کے مسائل: عوامی سطح پر درپیش چیلنجز پر کھلی بحث۔

وزیرِ عوامی امور کا بیان:

> "یہ اجلاس اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ نوجوان قیادت محض باتوں تک محدود نہیں بلکہ عمل کے میدان میں قدم رکھ چکی ہے۔ ہماری وزارت عوام اور نظام کے درمیان ایک مضبوط پل بنانے کے لیے پرعزم ہے۔" – سمیر خان آفریدی

وزارتِ عوامی امور آئندہ بھی عملی اقدامات، مقامی اثرات، اور نوجوانوں کی شمولیت کے ساتھ ملک کے مستقبل کی تعمیر میں اپنا کردار ادا کرتی رہے گی۔
