BRIEFING BY "PAKISTAN NATIONAL REGULATORY AUTHORITY" [PNRA]

A group of officials from PNRA delivered a briefing to EPA on the mandate, purposes, organizational structure and ongoing initiatives of the authority in Pakistan and AJK. The Secretary EPA, Wildlife &;Fisheries, Mr. Amir Mahmood, chaired the session. EPA was brifed about the upcoming initiativs of PNRA which demand a working collaboration with the concerned departmens & agencies to realize nuclear radiation monitoring in different aspects of environment like air, water and soil.
