District Service Delivery & Public Complaint Resolution Meeting.

Regional Municipal Officer (RMO) Mardan Region, Mr. Asad Ullah Khan, chaired a meeting on 18-08-2026 regarding District Service Delivery, Ehsaas Baldiya, Citizen Portal, and Ikhtyar Awam. All TMO’s of Mardan Region actively participated in the meeting.
RMO Asad Ullah Khan issued clear instructions to all TMO’s to ensure prompt resolution of public complaints, improve service delivery, and clear all pending complaints and dashboards on the relevant platforms.
He emphasized effective monitoring, timely response, and efficient public service delivery to ensure maximum facilitation for citizens.
All TMO’s were directed to ensure regular follow-up and timely disposal of complaints within the prescribed timelines.

TRANSFER, APPRECIATION & WELCOME
Mr. Zeeshan Arif, Regional Municipal Officer, Mardan Region, has been transferred to the Local Council Board as Deputy Secretary (Litigation).
During his tenure at Mardan Region, Mr. Zeeshan Arif rendered dedicated, commendable and valuable services with professionalism, integrity and commitment. His leadership, effective coordination with TMAs, and efforts towards strengthening municipal administration and public service are highly appreciated and will be remembered.
The TMOs of Mardan Region, officers and officials express their sincere appreciation and gratitude for his services and extend their best wishes for success and prosperity in his new assignment.
At the same time, Mr. Asad Ullah Khan has been transferred to Mardan as Regional Municipal Officer, Mardan Region. The TMOs of Mardan Region, officers and officials warmly welcome both officers and look forward to continued cooperation and coordination for the betterment of municipal services.

Training Session on e-Baldiya System Conducted in Mardan Region

Under the supervision of the Regional Municipal Office (RMO) Mardan, a two-day training session on the e-Baldiya System was successfully conducted on 15–16 June 2026 for officers/officials of Class-C and Class-D TMAs Mardan Region.
The training was attended by focal persons from all TMAs of Mardan Region, who actively participated in the sessions aimed at enhancing their understanding and operational capacity regarding the e-Baldiya system.
On the occasion, Asad Ullah Khan, Regional Municipal Officer (RMO) Mardan, warmly welcomed all participants and highlighted the importance of digital governance initiatives in improving municipal service delivery and strengthening local government operations.
The participants appreciated the training program and reaffirmed their commitment to the effective implementation of the e-Baldiya system in their respective TMAs.
