Illegal Termination of Teachers and Deteriorating Academic Performance!

We, the undersigned, bring to your attention a grave matter of concern regarding the current principal of Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College Swabi, who has illegally terminated several teachers without providing any explanation or reason. This arbitrary decision has not only violated the rights of the affected teachers but also compromised the academic integrity of the institution.

Regrettably, the academic results of the cadet college have been declining steadily over the years, contrary to its past reputation for academic excellence. This downward trend is a direct consequence of the principal's autocratic and unprofessional behavior, who seems to be above the rules and regulations.

We respectfully request the higher authorities to:

1. Investigate the illegal termination of teachers and take necessary action against the principal.
2. Address the deteriorating academic performance and take corrective measures to restore the college's reputation.
3. Ensure that the institution is managed in a fair, transparent, and professional manner.

We urge you to take immediate action to address this situation and prevent further damage to the institution's reputation and the future of its students.

totally going wrong in KSKCCS ,new principal came and without any reason he finish post of 9 precious and our old teachers .thats totally wrong.such decision must be by committee not by one person principal ,SHORTLY HE ONLY LIKE THOSE TEACHERS WHO SAY ONLY SIR YES SIR. this is main reason that aqualified mphil and phD teacher cant stay for long time and they leave bec of such one sided decision .so it is requested to resolve such problems by committee not by one person principal and maintain degnity of our college.

Alhamdulillah, we are glad to announce that Ex-Cadet Izharullah from 1st regular entry has secured 88th position in CSS exam and has got selected in Foreign Services Pakistan (FSP CSS 2022).
