The session focused on modern guiding methods, professional ethics, effective visitor engagement, and responsible interpretation of heritage sites, aimed at enhancing the quality of guided tours.

A high-level meeting was held at Arz Gah, Lahore Fort, between the Punjab Walled Cities & Heritage Areas Authority and the Aga Khan Trust for Culture, focusing on ongoing and upcoming heritage conservation and urban regeneration initiatives in Lahore.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Luis Monreal, General Manager, AKTC; Mr. Shiraz Alibhai, Director, AKTC; Mr. Khawaja Tausif Ahmad, CEO, Aga Khan Cultural Service-Pakistan; and Mr. Najamus Saqib, Director General, PWCA.

The discussions reviewed ongoing conservation projects, the Heritage and Urban Regeneration in Lahore (HURL) project, future priorities, and new areas of collaboration. Emphasis was placed on strengthening technical cooperation, coordination, and knowledge-sharing to support the sustainable conservation and development of Lahore’s historic heritage.

Both institutions reaffirmed their commitment to building upon their longstanding partnership and preserving Lahore’s cultural heritage for future generations.

Senior Minister Hosts ADB Delegation at “𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁” Tour and Dinner at Lahore Fort شاہی قلعہ

The Senior Minister, Government of Punjab, hosted a special *History by Night (HBN)* Tour and dinner at Lahore Fort in honor of a distinguished delegation from the *Asian Development Bank (ADB)*.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗗𝗕 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱:

The event was attended by *Ms. Marriyum Aurangzeb*, Senior Minister, Government of Punjab. She was joined by *Khawaja Imran Nazir*, Minister for Health; and *Khawaja Salman Rafique*, Minister for Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education.
