“Who is your role model?”
At first, it sounds like a question about someone else.
It isn’t.
It’s a question about your values, your aspirations, and the kind of person you want to become.
The interviewer is not impressed by a famous name.
What impresses them is:
* Why you chose that person.
* Which qualities inspire you.
* And most importantly…
* How those qualities are visible in your own life.
Anyone can say any famous person
But a future officer should be able to explain what he has learnt from them and how he is trying to live those values every day.
Remember:
A role model is not someone you admire from a distance. A role model is someone whose values influence your actions.
