𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗲-𝗙𝗢𝗔𝗦 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗣 (𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆) 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁

In accordance with the vision of a paperless government environment, Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB)'s 𝗲-𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗲-𝗙𝗢𝗔𝗦) is designed to transform conventional paperwork into a completely paperless environment. It enhances the department’s efficiency via maintaining instantaneous internal/external communication, task management, improved transparency and reduced office expenditures.

To implement the E-Filing and Office automation system (e-FOAS) in 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 (𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗣), PITB has conducted exclusive and comprehensive training sessions of e-FOAS for Senior Management and administrative staff of all wings in the NSPP Secretariat. Team e-FOAS demonstrated the system thoroughly including its scope and features along with an operational walk-through. NSPP is getting paperless at a very fast pace.

e-FOAS team is very much grateful to honorable 𝗔𝗗𝗚 𝗖𝗙𝗦𝗖 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶 for his leadership to make this project an ultimate success.

𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗡 𝗘-𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 & 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠

Training has been conducted in the auditorium of
" 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 " to demonstrate the new features of 𝗲-𝗙𝗢𝗔𝗦 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗜𝗜 on Live Server.

This training session focuses on ease of feature and user accessibility to documents along with walk through of system processes.

In accordance with the Punjab Government's vision of paperless government department environment and digital *Punjab, Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB)'s* e-Filling & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) is a step towards implementing e-Governance framework through constructive engagement with government departments.

PITB has conducted an exclusive training sessions of e-FOAS for Senior Officers and Officials of *Punjab Food Department,* Old building Secretariat, Punjab. Team e-FOAS gave a thorough demonstration of the system, including its scope and salient features along with an operational walk-through. There were Twelve (12) officers & their support staff took part in this session.

*Punjab is getting paperless on a very fast speed.*

PITB Team has conducted an ICT training for Directorate Generals of Mines & Minerals Department Punjab. The training particularly focused on the PITB developed Human Resource Information Management System (HRIMS) and e-Filing and Office Automation System (e-FOAS).
Detailed demo and overview of both the systems was given to the participants including Deputy Director Omar Farooq and Assistant Director Sonia Liaqat (AD).
HRIMS is designed for digitizing human resource management in the government departments. It facilitates in registering employees’ information, transfer/ posting, leave management, fleet management and store/inventory management etc.

e-FOAS is an office documents automation system which helps in managing incoming/outgoing diary/daak, dispatch operations and digitized approval of government documents.

After the successful piloting of PITB developed e-Filling and Office Automation (e-FOAS) System in South Punjab’s Agriculture Department, e-FOAS will now be implemented in the South Punjab Secretariat.
The inauguration of e-FOAS System for South Punjab was recently held at the South Punjab Secretariat Multan and was presided by Additional Chief Secretary South Punjab Official Capt.(R) Saqib Zafar.

Senior officials including Secretaries of all Administrative Departments were also present at the event.
The Additional Chief Secretary highly appreciated PITB for its tireless efforts and support in rolling out e-FOAS System across South Punjab.

In accordance with the vision of paperless government environment, Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB)'s e-Filling & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) is a step towards implementing a citizen-centric e-Governance framework through constructive engagement with government departments.

PITB has conducted an exclusive training sessions of e-FOAS for PCB administrative staff. Team e-FOAS gave a complete walk-through of the system and detailed Q&A session held with the officers.

More than Fifty (50) participants from Administrative wings of PCB took part in this session.

PCB is getting paperless on a very fast pace.
