Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation To provide shelter to the shelterless Government servants at their retirement

The Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation was established under the Act X of 2004 of the Punjab Provincial Assembly as a body corporate to introduce schemes for providing houses on no profit no loss basis to the member Government servants on their retirement or to their families in case of death during service as per entitlement seniority. As per amendment dated 5.1.2013 in the PGSHF Act, 2004, now a house or plot may be allocated to the members, depending upon their option, as per entitlement seniority.

It is informed that the Board of Directors in its 38th meeting held on 03.12.2025, has set aside the recission orders of Project Director, Sialkot and directed to resume work as per awarded contract with permissible escalation of balance work. Accordingly, the work has been started by the contractor.
