AG Punjab Cricket Team Wins Inter-Department Tournament

The cricket team of the Accountant General Punjab (AG Punjab) has proudly secured first position in the Inter-Department Cricket Tournament of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Offices, showcasing exceptional skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
In a thrilling final match held at the Gymkhana Cricket Ground, Lahore, the AG Punjab team defeated the DG Works Accounts team to clinch the championship title. The final witnessed an impressive performance by AG Punjab players, reflecting their dedication, discipline, and competitive spirit.
This remarkable achievement not only highlights the sporting talent within AG Punjab but also promotes a culture of healthy competition, teamwork, and physical well-being among officers and staff. The management of AG Punjab extends heartfelt congratulations to the entire team for their outstanding success and for bringing pride to the department.

محکمۂ آڈٹ اینڈ اکاؤنٹس کے زیرِ اہتمام آٹھواں انٹر ڈپارٹمنٹ کرکٹ ٹورنامنٹ ریس کورس کرکٹ اسٹیڈیم، جلانی پارک میں شاندار افتتاحی تقریب کے ساتھ شروع ہو گیا۔ ٹورنامنٹ کا مقصد سرکاری محکموں کے افسران و ملازمین میں کھیلوں کے فروغ، باہمی تعاون اور صحت مند سرگرمیوں کو فروغ دینا ہے۔

افتتاحی تقریب میں ڈائریکٹر جنرل اکاونٹس ورکس نثار چیمہ, ایڈیشنل اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب محترمہ اسماء فیاض، ڈائریکٹر سول آڈٹ سید کاشف حسین اور اسسٹنٹ اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب شہزاد حسین پھلروان سمیت مختلف محکموں کے افسران اور ملازمین بھی بڑی تعداد میں موجود تھے۔

ٹورنامنٹ کا افتتاحی میچ اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب اور ریلوے اکاؤنٹس کی ٹیموں کے درمیان کھیلا گیا، جس میں اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب کی ٹیم نے شاندار کھیل پیش کرتے ہوئے 107 رنز کے واضح فرق سے کامیابی حاصل کی۔

اکاونٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب ٹیم کے کپتان اسسٹنٹ اکاونٹنٹ جنرل سید عمیر بخاری نے کہا کہ یہ کامیابی ٹیم ورک اور مسلسل محنت کا نتیجہ ہے۔ ہم ٹورنامنٹ کے تمام میچز میں اسی جذبے کے ساتھ بہترین کارکردگی دکھانے کی کوشش کریں گے۔

اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل آفس لاھور میں جنرل پرویڈنٹ فنڈ فاسٹ ٹریک سیل کی افتتاحی تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا ۔افتتاحی تقریب میں ایڈیشنل چیف سیکرٹری پنجاب احمد رضا سرور نے خصوصی شرکت کی اور جی پی فنڈ فاسٹ ٹریک کا افتتاح کیا ۔ اس موقع پر اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب نعمانہ گُل ُرخ سمیت دیگر افسران اور سال دو ہزار پچیس میں ریٹائرہونے والے مختلف محکموں کے ملازمین نے شرکت کی۔
شرکا سے خطاب میں ایڈیشنل چیف سیکرٹری پنجاب احمد رضا سرور نے کہا کہ جی پی فاسٹ ٹریک کا مقصد ریٹائرہونے والے ملازمین کے لیے آسانی پیدا کرنا ہے ۔فاسٹ ٹریک کے ذریعے ریٹائر ہونے والے ملازمین کو اب خوار نہیں ہونا پڑے گا۔

اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب نعمانہ گُل ُرخ کا کہنا تھا کہ فاسٹ ٹریک سے نظام میں شفافیت اور بہتری آئے گی۔اور ملازمین کا ہر سال کا ڈیٹا سسٹم میں خود کار طریقے سے اپڈیٹ کردیا جائے گا جس سے ریٹائرہونے والے ملازمین کی بوقت ریٹائرمنٹ اپنی فائل جمع کرواکر باآسانی اپناجی پی فنڈ وصول کریں گے ۔ان کا مزید کہنا تھا اگر کسی ملازم کو جی پی فنڈ کے حصول کے لیے مشکلات کا سامنا ہو تو میرے دفتر کے دروازے ہمیشہ ان کے لیے کھلے ہیں۔

تقریب میں سال دو ہزار پچیس اور چھبیس میں ریٹائر ہونے والے مختلف محکموں کے ملازمین میں ریٹایئری شیٹ بھی تقسیم کی گئیں۔

میں 30 جون 2026 تک ریٹائر ہونے والے تمام ملازمین کے جنرل پروویڈنٹ
فنڈ کے ڈیٹا کی اپڈیٹیشن کا عمل دفتر اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب اور تمام ڈسٹرکٹ اکاؤنٹس آفسز میں کامیابی سے مکمل کر لیا گیا ہے۔

اس اقدام کا بنیادی مقصد جی پی فنڈ کی ادائیگی کے عمل کو مؤثر، تیز اور شفاف بنانا ہے تاکہ ریٹائر ہونے والے ملازمین کو ان کا مستحق حق بروقت اور بغیر کسی انتظامی رکاوٹ کے مل سکے۔

عمل مزید مؤثر بنانے کے لیے، ایڈیشنل اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل (ایڈمن) میاں شاہد محمود کی ہدایت پر دفتر اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب میں ایک خصوصی فسیلیٹیشن سینٹر قائم کیا گیا ہے، جہاں ریٹائرمنٹ کے قریب ملازمین کو جی پی فنڈ سلِپ (ہسٹوریکل شیٹ) فراہم کرنے اور متعلقہ امور میں رہنمائی کی سہولت دی جا رہی ہے

شفافیت اور سکیورٹی کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے جی پی فنڈ سلِپس صرف متعلقہ ملازمین کو بذاتِ خود جاری کی جائیں گی۔ مزید رہنمائی اور معاونت کے لیے لاہور میں اے جی آفس میں ایک فوکل پرسن بھی مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔ ملازمین رہنمائی کے لیے مسٹر ایشبان پال سے 0319-1233533 پر رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں
